Assodivers Group is a Greek-owned and based company founded on 1976 and has been servicing clients for 40 years. Initially begun by offering diving services in the marine industry for a period of 10 years and later was involved and specialized in worldwide submarine utility installations and repairs. Operating a construction department since the beginning, Assodivers has been creating in-house design and along with years of scientific expertise has been continuously reaching the main goal; to provide a set of creative, continually innovative, reliable and cost-effective solutions fitted on customers needs worldwide.

QHSE Certifications The company employs an integrated Quality, Health & Safety and Environmental Protection Management System which is also certified against the requirements of international standards ISO 9001:2008 (Quality Management), ISO 14001:2004 (Environmental Management) and QHSAS 18001:2007 (Occupational Health & Safety Management). Assodivers is also a contractor member of the Remote Systems & ROV Divition of International Maritime Contractor Association (IMCA) and member of the Achilles global provider of intergrated supplier management and supply chain solutions.

1976: Company foundation in 2001: ASDG first Multi purpose support vessel Argo re-upgrade was completed. 2008: ASDG fully converts its second Multi Purpose Support Vessel Astrea. 2010: ASDG builds its first specially designed Cable Laying Barge Atalanti.

2013: ASDG acquires AHTS . 2015: ASDG acquires its first Construction Support Vessel Aethra.

2016: ASDG invests in 26,150 square meters land to build a new all-in-one center in the seafront. 2017: ASDG acquires its second Construction Support Vessel, which it further enhances the Group’s capacity and capabilities in the field of subsea cable 2018: New All-in-one operations offices, installation. R&D and Maintenance center in Elefsis (under construction).
