You are hereby summoned to attend a meeting of Kingswood Council to be held on Monday 11th December 2017. The parish council meeting is scheduled to take place immediately after the Public Meeting which will commence at 6.45pm at Kingswood Village hall, Road, Kingswood. The meeting has been called for the purpose of transacting business as per the details on the agenda below.

Notice to members of the Public Members of the public are invited to attend the meeting and to ask questions and raise issues with the councillors as detailed in agenda item 3. This session will last no more than 15 minutes.

MEETING OF KINGSWOOD PARISH COUNCIL DECEMBER 2017

1. To receive and note apologies for absence.

2. To receive and record declaration of personal and pecuniary interest in matters on the agenda.

3. To take questions and concerns from the public. (This session is for information only and no decisions can be made on matters raised in this meeting unless the issue is already on the agenda. If not on the agenda the matter can be brought to the next meeting )

4. To approve the minutes of the meeting held on Monday 13th November 2017 and Monday 20th November 2017 and the chairman to sign on behalf of the council that they are an accurate record of proceedings.

5. To discuss District Council matter relating to Kingswood and receive a report from District Councillor Mark Reeves.

6. To discuss County Council matters relating to Kingswood and receive a report from County Councillor John Cordwell.

7. To discuss the Neighbourhood Wardens Report and take decisions as necessary.

The Clerk to feed-back outstanding administrative issues reported to her in the last month and not covered in the meeting.
