Consequently. Cross River Infrastructure Company Limited is hereby inviting interested competent and reputable companies with proven capacity to submit bids for the Design or the Bridges. SCOPE OF CONSULTANCY SERVICE The Scope of the Consultancy shall include but not limited to; • 3-D Presentations/Architectural Designs of the Bridges • Base line studies. Survey. Inception report and preliminary designs with indicative cost • Detailed Geotechnical Investigation of the Bridge sites • Production of detailed designs and Bills of Engineering Measurement and Evaluation and • Production of Tender Document and Evaluation of the Tenders CRITERIA FOR QUALIFICATION To qualify for consideration, a prospective Design Consulting company's tender should be: 3) Prepared in English and 4) Meet the following requirements CRITERIA AND SCORING TEMPLATES The qualifying criteria for the biding following: TECHNICAL BID: The technical bid shall be evaluated on the following parameter • Certificate of Incorporation • Current Cross River State Due Process Registration Certificate • Three (3) years audited accounts of company • PA YE Tax clearance of two directors of the company • Evidence of Financial Capability/Bank Support • Professional/Technical Qualifications of Key Staff • Evidence of similar Projects/Knowledge of Industry Equipment/Technology Capacity • VAT Registration/Evidence of VAT Remittance • Annual turnover of company or firm.

MODE OF SUBMISSION OF APPLICATIONS The bids are to be submitted as follows: - i. Three hard copies of the Company's Profile and one soft copy of same enclosed in a sealed envelope of size approximately 290 x 360mm marked TECHNICAL BID on the top left comer and addressed as directed below. ii. Three hard copies of financial bid (tender) and one soft copy of same enclosed in a separate sealed envelope marked FINANCIAL BID on the top left comer and addressed as below. (i) And (ii) above should be enclosed and sealed in larger envelope marked 'EXPRESSION OF INTEREST FOR DESIGN BRIDGES IN THE CALABAR-IKOM-KATSINA ALA SUPERHIGHWAY PROJECT" on the top left flank and address to; THE CHAIRMAN Cross River Infrastructure Company Cross River State, Calabar ATTENTION: PROCUREMENT OFFICER: OPENING OF SUBMISSIONS Commencement date for submissions of tenders is 21 days from Wed. 29th March. 2017 of the date of advert. CLOSURE OF SUBMISSIONS: Submissions of all tender shall dose at 12.00noon, Wed.19th April, 2017 OPENING/EVALUATION OF BIDS: Opening of the Bids shall commence at 2.00pm Wed. 19th April, 2017 being the day of closure of receipt of submissions at the Conference room of Cross River Infrastructure Company Office, Lemna Road/ Nairda Estate, Calabar.
