2021 PHOENIX CITY SENIOR STROKE PLAY GOLF CHAMPIONSHIP www.phoenix.gov/golf DATES HOST GOLF COURSE GOLF SHOP Saturday, September 18, 2021 Encanto Golf Course 602-534-4653 Sunday, September 19, 2021 Encanto Golf Course OPTION #3 FORMAT: 36 hole stroke play, gross and net scores, flighted (You may request to enter Champ Flight Regardless of Age.) The overall champion will be the player with the lowest gross total score in the Championship flight FLIGHTS: Championship Flight 50-58 59-65 66 & Above COURSE SETUP: Championship flight will play from approximately 6,400 yards. All other flights will play from approximately 6000 yards. PAIRINGS: Pairings will be made the first day according to handicaps within flights. Players will be paired the 2nd day according to gross scores within flights. Tee times will be emailed after 5:00pm on Tuesday, September 14th.

ELIGIBILITY: Each participant must have an established USGA handicap for two consecutive months preceding the tournament Open to all amateur golfers 50 years of age and older as of Sept. 18th, 2021. PRIZES: Approximately 1/3 of the field will be paid in Gift Certificate money ENTRY FEE: $100.00 Entry fee : Entry fee includes - green fees, range balls, gift card prizes (Cart Fee NOT included)

DEADLINE: Sunday, September 12th. Checks must accompany entry – If wishing to use credit card, entry must be dropped off at Encanto and player must present credit card and sign charge slip.
