Order In exercise of the powers vested under Clause (1) of Article 164 of the Constitution of India, I, Mridula Sinha, Governor of Goa, hereby appoint Dr. Pramod Sawant, as the Chief Minister of the State of Goa.
He will assume office from the date he is administered the Oath of office and secrecy.
