Mashed warm and thick with plenty of oats and wheat, brewed for low bitterness but with oodles of late and Amarok 5.4% dry hopping with juicy US varieties and fermented with a special yeast strain to produce fruity esters. Turpin’s Brewery is an independent microbrewery situated in Cambridge and it was set up in New England Session Pale.
