Listas de códigos, edición 53 Todos los estándares ONIX y su documentación, incluido este documento, son materiales sujetos a copyright, disponibles para uso general sin cargos. Organización de las listas Este documento incluye la versión 53 de las listas de códigos ONIX Libros, para su utilización en ONIX 3.0. Se presentan en una única tabla para facilitar su impresión y consulta. Estas listas también se pueden utilizar como vocabularios controlados, independientemente de ONIX. En este documento no se distingue entre las listas de aplicación exclusiva en ONIX 3.0 o las compartidas con versiones anteriores, pero se han suprimido las de uso exclusivo para dichas versiones anteriores. Para saber qué lista aplicar con cada campo, por favor consulte la documentación de la estructura del mensaje ONIX de cada una de las versiones. Algunos códigos se pueden haber marcado como obsoletos o no válidos para alguna versión de ONIX, o en el contexto de algún elemento de datos concreto. Aunque estas limitaciones no se validan con la versión actual de los esquemas XML, es posible que futuras versiones de estos esquemas realicen validaciones más estrictas y no permitan el uso de tales códigos, por lo que se recomienda a los usuarios de ONIX que eviten la utilización de dichos códigos en los contextos indicados. Listas de códigos Edición 53 (abril de 2021) Estructura de las listas La estructura de cada lista es la siguiente. - Línea de cabecera de lista Columna 1: Número de la lista Columna 2: No utilizada Columna 3: Nombre de la lista Columna 4: No utilizada (Puede contener algún comentario) Columna 5: Si figura un valor, este es el número de la edición de las listas de códigos en la que se ha introducido esta lista. El valor 0 se refiere a los valores introducidos antes de la edición 1 o a listas nuevas cuyos valores todavía no se han definido. - Líneas de detalle Columna 1: Número de la lista Columna 2: Código (a incluir en el campo correspondiente del registro ONIX) Columna 3: Descripción del código Columna 4: Comentarios y notas explicativas sobre la utilización del código Columna 5: Número de la edición de las listas de códigos en la que se ha introducido este código, o en la que se ha modificado su descripción o comentario por última vez. El valor 0 se refiere a los valores introducidos antes de la edición 1. Notas a la versión española Esta es la primera versión (v1.0) de la traducción al español de la mencionada Edición 52 de las Listas de códigos ONIX. Al igual que en las anteriores versiones españolas de las listas de códigos se han mantenido determinados términos y textos en inglés, por alguna de las razones siguientes: - Se refieren a usos no aplicables a los entornos de habla española (p.ej. algunos formatos de libros, territorios concretos sujetos a limitaciones de distribución, etc.) - Se emplean, habitualmente, en su forma inglesa, por ejemplo ISBN, EAN, Audiobook, etc. - Su traducción al español es difícil o no aporta información (por ejemplo, nombres de organizaciones extranjeras). - En el caso particular de las listas referidas a la Biblia y textos bíblicos, a idiomas, a sistemas de escritura, etc. estas contienen fundamentalmente conceptos de poco uso en entornos no anglosajones, o muy particulares de editoriales concretas. Las editoriales interesadas pueden solicitar al Grupo ONIX de España, a través de la FGEE, la ampliación de estas listas con los códigos necesarios adaptados al entorno español. Código de color Los elementos nuevos en la Edición 52 de las listas aparecen en rojo; aquellos en los que se ha modificado su definición, aparecen en color azul. Listas de códigos Edición 53 (abril de 2021) Cód Descripción Comentario Tipo de notificación o de 1 0 actualización Utilizar para un registro completo enviado con una 1 01 Preanuncio (Notificación temprana) antelación aproximada superior a seis meses respecto de 0 la publicación Utilizar para un registro completo enviado para confirmar información anticipada aproximadamente seis meses 1 02 Notificación anticipada (confirmada) antes de la publicación o para un registro completo 0 enviado después de esa fecha y antes de que la información haya sido confirmada libro en mano Utilizar para un registro completo enviado en la fecha de la publicación efectiva, o poco antes, para confirmar Notificación confirmada, en el 1 03 información anticipada enviada anteriormente; o bien 0 momento de la publicación para un registro completo enviado en cualquier fecha posterior Solo en ONIX 3.0. Se utiliza para indicar un mensaje de «actualización de bloques». Una actualización de bloques implica el uso de los bloques de datos incluidos en el mensaje para sustituir a la información correspondiente esos bloques en el registro existente del producto, sin modificar el resto de los bloques: por 1 04 Actualización (parcial) ejemplo, sustituyendo la información existente en los 42 bloques 4 y 6, manteniendo sin cambios la información de los bloques 1 a 3 y 5. En versiones anteriores de ONIX y para los mensajes en ONIX 3.0 que utilicen otros tipos de notificación, las actualizaciones se hacen sustituyendo el registro completo con la información recibida. NOTA: NO SE UTILIZA EN DILVE Utilizar para comunicar la eliminación de un registro enviado anteriormente. NOTA: Este código NO DEBE UTILIZARSE cuando un producto pasa al estado de anulado, descatalogado o retirado de la venta por cualquier motivo. Estos casos deben gestionarse como 1 05 Eliminación / Borrado cambios en el estado de disponibilidad y se debe dejar 0 que el destinatario de los datos decida si elimina o no el registro. El código de eliminación 05 se utiliza sólo en caso de que haya un motivo específico para borrar un registro totalmente, por ejemplo, cuando el registro se envió por error Notificación de la venta de un producto por una editorial a 1 08 Notificación de venta 2 otra. Enviado por la editorial que vende Notificación de la compra de un producto por una editorial 1 09 Notificación de compra 2 a otra. Enviado por la editorial que compra Solo para ONIX 3.0. El registro se puede procesar con fines de prueba pero los datos se deben descartar 1 88 Actualización de prueba (parcial) inmediatamente.     1 Til bokas pris Utredning av litteraturpolitiske virkemidler i Europa Helge Rønning, Tore Slaatta, Olav Torvund, Håkon Larsen, Terje Colbjørnsen Overlevert til Kulturdepartementet og Kunnskapsdepartementet 15. februar 2012. 2 Utredningsmandat Norsk bokbransje gjennomgår endringer også mht. rammebetingelser. Bok- og forlagsbransje i EU-land virker innenfor ulike økonomiske og regulatoriske virkemidler og rammebetingelser. Som tillegg til en hovedundersøkelse om virkemidler for å fremme norsk skjønn- og faglitteratur skal det gjennomføres en egen kartlegging av rammebetingelser for bokbransjen i EU. Utredningen skal: a) kartlegge virkemidler i sentrale EU-land, for eksempel Tyskland, Frankrike, Storbritannia, Nederland, Spania, Sverige og Danmark. Også Sveits bør inngå i kartleggingen. b) gi en beskrivelse av disse virkemidlene mht. innhold, virkeområde, form etc. c) vurdere om elementer ved de kartlagte virkemidlene i EU-land kan ha overføringsverdi til norske forhold d) spesielt se på virkemidler som har som mål å fremme bredde i skjønnlitteratur, og et litteraturtilbud på eget lands språk – også i faglitteraturen. e) KD er ansvarlig for gjennomføringen av de delene av utredningen som omhandler fagbøker. KUD er ansvarlig for gjennomføringen av de delene som omhandler skjønnlitteratur. De to delene håndteres som to separate oppdrag, men koordineres med hensyn til utforming og gjennomføring. Utredningen skal gjennomføres i samsvar med utredningsinstruksen og innen 15. februar 2012. 3 Overordnet sammendrag 1. Denne studien omfatter bokbransjen i 15 europeiske land. 9 av disse har boklover med fastprisbestemmelser og 6 har friprissystemer. Generelt er det kontinentale Europa regulert med boklover. Friprislandene er Sverige og Finland, som har hatt fripris fra henholdsvis 1970 og 1971, Belgia fra 1981, Storbritannia fra 1995 og Danmark siden 2011.

For details of which code list to use with which data element in each version of ONIX, please consult the main Specification for the appropriate release. The CERD Education Journal has drawn contributions from a wide cross-section of educators from across the length and breadth of the country as well as occasional inputs from academics and scholars from universities and institutions abroad. Feedback from the remotest community schools, colleges and reviewers from further a-field attests to the usefulness of the materials shared through the journal. Rabsel’s contribution to the building of professional literature on national education has been significant. This Autumn, Rabsel celebrates a rich harvest of insightful research papers, reflections on professional practice and some profound views on issues related to educational practice.

Layout of codelists This document contains ONIX for Books codelists Issue 46, intended primarily for use with ONIX 3.0. The codelists are arranged in a single table for reference and printing. They may also be used as controlled vocabularies, independent of ONIX. This document does not differentiate explicitly between codelists for ONIX 3.0 and those that are used with earlier releases, but lists used only with earlier releases have been removed. For details of which code list to use with which data element in each version of ONIX, please consult the main Specification for the appropriate release. Occasionally, a handful of codes within a particular list are defined as either deprecated, or not valid for use in a particular version of ONIX or with a particular data element.
