Order dated May 29, 2012, the partial denial of ComEd’s application for rehearing stated in the

Notice of Commission Action dated June 22, 2012, the Order on Rehearing dated October 3,

2012, and the Amendatory Order dated November 28, 2012. ComEd seeks relief reversing in

part the above orders of the Commission and remanding this matter to the Commission for

appropriate further proceedings and the entry of an appropriate order on remand.
