Dear Fellow Traveller:

We hope that you and your family have stayed safe and healthy throughout the pandemic. We would like to thank all of our loyal clients who have reached out to us with kind words of support over the past year.

I’d like to begin with some good news. Now that the vaccination program is under way across Canada, we are optimistic that we will be able to resume our Canadian tours in the summer of 2021, and so we are excited to present this “2021 All Canadian Edition” brochure.

As for our international tours, we are monitoring the directives from the world’s top health organizations and travel-related associations. We have decided to wait until government mandates regarding international travel are lifted before we take bookings for those tours, but I invite you to peruse our vast selection of destinations on our website. As soon as the travel advisories are removed, we’ll send you our brochure of international tours.

As we resume touring, we are committed to being the best-in-class for your health and safety, and will adhere to enhanced health protocols to ensure carefree travel. We don’t yet know which protocols will be necessary as this will be determined closer to the date of the tour, but of course we’ll keep you informed of all the relevant details and health-related procedures we’ll need to follow.

PEACE OF MIND

Please rest assured that you can book your Senior Discovery Tours holiday with complete peace of mind. We will continue to be the travel industry leader by offering a refund policy far more flexible and generous than other tour operators, and have introduced temporary cancellation policies for 2021. Highlight - you may cancel your tour up to 45 days prior to departure for any reason, at your sole discretion, and receive an immediate full refund!

For details on our health and safety measures, as well as our special cancellation terms for 2021 tours, see Pages 3 and 4 in this brochure.

While our walk-in offices will remain closed until further notice, our Tour Consultants are ready for your phone calls, happy to answer any questions you may have in order to ensure you’re 100% confident in booking and embarking on your upcoming journey. Call us at any of the phone numbers listed on Page 1 of this brochure.

For 45 years, we have taken our travellers to the most fascinating and beautiful places on , satisfying their sense of discovery while living up to our motto “Travel Made Easy”. During the travel pause of the past year, we’ve been busy enhancing our tour programs, and we will also be introducing exciting new Rewards and Referral programs (see Page 5 of this brochure for more information). So “Let’s Get Excited About Travel Again”, and discover our beautiful world together. We’ll take care of all the details!

Sincerely;

Danny Shay President Senior Discovery Tours

WHAT OUR TRAVELLERS ARE SAYING!

“OUR TRIP WAS MORE THAN WE EVER EXPECTED!” We have just returned from our first Senior Discovery Tour, to Russia. The trip was well organized from the pick up at our home to the driver waiting to return us to our door. The hotels were exceptional and the meals were a highlight. The excursions were fascinating and well planned, and the guides entertaining. Our Tour Manager, Suzanne, was fabulous. She was very efficient and made sure everyone was well taken care of. She had water and goodies on the bus for all trips and was always asking if there was anything she could do for us. The trip was more than we ever expected and we look forward to taking another.

“FIRST CLASS ALL THE WAY” My friend and I have just returned from our first Senior Discovery Tour to beautiful Croatia and Slovenia and could not be more pleased with all the tour inclusions ... from home pick-up to the warm greeting of our Tour Manager at the airport, lovely hotels, tasty meals and enlightening excursions. Everything was First Class all the way. I’d like to make a special mention of our Tour Manager who ensured that the tour ran smoothly everyday. I especially enjoyed the little cocktail parties and treats he surprised us with. We just booked our second adventure, to Ireland, and can hardly wait.

“I WAS VERY IMPRESSED WITH YOUR TOUR MANAGER” The tour to Sicily was wonderful!! One might think “how could it be otherwise?” when the weather was so perfect, the scenery absolutely incredible, the meals beyond delicious, but I know that it took a great deal more than this. The planning and general arrangements were well thought out and suitable for Discovering Seniors! The Tour Manager’s part in the success was paramount; David’s unfailing unflappable good humour and patience with answering oft repeated questions, his flexibility in accommodating special needs and requests, and tireless checking and fine-tuning of details made it a very special holiday. Thank you David. I shall feel lucky to meet you again, on some future trip.
