GET LUXE Competition & Promotions Frequently Asked Questions

How long is the Win 1 of 6 luxury holidays promotion running in paper? The competition commences on 11 March 2018 at 8:00am AEDT and concludes on 20 March 2018 at 11:59pm AEDT. All code words must be entered online prior to the competition close and date time.

When will the luxury holidays and $1,500 GET LUXE vouchers be drawn? The prize draws will take place on 27/03/2018 at 3pm AEDT by Engage , Level 8, 56 Clarence St, Sydney NSW 2000. The winners will be drawn by Engage Australia by random computer selection.

How long are the luxury holiday prizes valid for? The winning holiday prizes must be booked by 30 June, 2018 and all travel must be completed by 30 November 2018, or unless otherwise stated. In the event a winner does not take the prize by the time stipulated, then the entire prize will be forfeited by the winner and cash will not be awarded in lieu of the prize.

How long are the $1,500 GET LUXE gift vouchers valid? Gift vouchers must be booked by 30 September 2018, and all travel completed by 31 March 2019 or unless otherwise stated. In the event a winner does not take the prize by the time stipulated, then the entire prize will be forfeited by the winner and cash will not be awarded in lieu of the prize.

Can I trade in my holiday/voucher for cash or another GET LUXE product? Prizes are non-transferable, cannot be redeemed for cash, and will expire if not used by the dates referred to prizes, or any unused portion of a prize, cannot be transferred, exchanges or redeemed for cash.

How will the luxury holiday prizes be distributed? Winners will be notified within 2 days of the draw. GET LUXE will send a prize letter by email within a further 2 - 3 days. Each prize letter will state the prize details, how to book including booking deadline and other key information. Winners can then recontact GET LUXE at their own convenience to book their holiday by quoting their prize letter details.

If I am a winner of one of the six luxury holidays, do I get to choose which holiday I can win? Winners are drawn for each specific holiday in the order listed in the full terms and conditions. Travel is valid for a maximum of two passengers. Do I need to keep a copy of my newspaper or proof of purchase? Entrants must retain their original Eligible newspaper(s) printed code word(s) for all entries as proof of purchase. Failure to produce the required code word(s) for all entries when requested may result in invalidation of ALL of an entrant’s entries and forfeiture of any right to a prize.

The competition is in AEDT time. What does this mean? The GET LUXE competition is run in AEDT time, so you need to ensure you convert this time into your time zone.

Where do I get the daily code word from? Daily code words are available in participating newspaper. Code words are not available by calling the helpline.

I live in a regional area and we don’t have a newspaper on a Sunday. Can I still enter on Sunday? What code word do I use? Those entrants in a regional area without a Sunday publication are able to find the code word in the following newspapers on the Sunday:

Yes, digital subscribers can view the code word via the Digital Print Edition of the The Daily Telegraph, Herald Sun, The Courier-Mail, The Advertiser, Mercury, NT News, Geelong Advertiser, Gold Coast Bulletin, Cairns Post and Townsville Bulletin.
