Kaitlyn Domres, MD, Joins OLV Family Care Center
Catholic Health is pleased to announce that Kaitlyn Domres, MD, has joined the staff of the OLV Family Care Center, a primary care facility located at 227 Ridge Road in Lackawanna, NY.
Board certified in Family Medicine, Dr. Domres completed her residency at the University at Buffalo (UB) Jacobs School of Medicine and Biomedical Sciences and earned her medical doctorate degree from St. George’s University, Grenada. She served as Chief Resident of the UB Family Medicine Department from 2017 to 2018 and received the Outstanding Service Award in 2017. She also holds a master’s degree in Health and Human Performance from Canisius College and an undergraduate degree in Bio-Molecular Science from Clarkson University.
A Western New York native, Dr. Domres previously served as a faculty family physician with UBMD Family Medicine and taught courses at the Jacobs School of Medicine.
“I am a supportive family medicine physician who is dedicated to my patients’ needs,” said Dr. Domres in discussing her care philosophy. “My objective is to not only treat patients when they’re sick and most in need, but also to help them from becoming ill through education, a focus on their emotional and physical well-being, and practicing preventive medicine.”
