Committee for Health Information Access (CHIA) Committee Charge:

● To actively represent the interests of Western New York librarians providing health information services ● To assess, promote and facilitate health information access to health consumers in the WNYLRC region ● To encourage collaboration, coordination and cooperative ventures that strengthen existing information resources in the region and to identify and develop new ones as needed ● To further the HLSP goals and objectives as stated in the current five-year WNYLRC Plan of Service.
