Transport for London London Underground Control Centre DAILY OPERATIONAL PERFORMANCE REVIEW Tuesday, 1st March, 2016 Period 12 Week 4 Day 3 SENIOR OPERATING OFFICER’S SUMMARY The Northern line w as suspended on the N/B betw een Kennington and Camden Tow n due to 24 points failing at Kennington. The Metropolitan line w as suspended between Baker Street and Aldgate and experienced severe delays betw een Harrow on the Hill and Baker Street. This w as due to UM track circuit failing. This incident caused the Circle line to be suspended and the Hammersmith & City line to be suspended betw een Edgw are Road and Barking. The Piccadilly line experienced severe delays due to Signal A623 failing intermittently at Chisw ick Park. The District line experienced severe delays due to signal WP17 failing at Ealing Broadw ay. Recovery 06:09 – Minor delays between Kennington and Camden Town via Charing Cross, northbound. 06:33 – Good service.
