If there is a conflict between languages the German text of the Notice of Race will prevail. Sailing Instructions will be published latest Monday July 27th, 2015 on www.scae.ch. No printed sailing instructions will be distributed. Participation: The regatta is open to boats from other countries. ISAF Regulation 19 and Swiss Sailing Regulation of application. Competitors must be members of a Club affiliated to ISAF. For Swiss competitors the amendments of Swiss Sailing to the Eligibility Code will apply. Races: A maximum of 12 (Fireball) races and 9 (Contender) races are sailed. One discards after 4 races. No more than 4 races per day. To constitute the International Swiss Championship at least 4 valid races must be sailed during the scheduled time. Measurement: The check of Measurement Certificates and the control measurement will take place on the regatta location next to the clubhouse. Asvertising: - Competitor advertising is permitted. - Advertising of the main sponsor of the event is provided on the boats (ISAF advertising code, R.20.4) Inscription: By June 30th, 2015. Late entry is possible until closure of check-in. Following documents must be supplied for final inscription at location: Copy Measurement Certificate or Certificate of Conformity Confirmation of club membership or Licence Confirmation of the legitimacy for advertising Category C Entry Fee: Regular: CHF 250.— or € 250.— Fireball Juniors until completed age of 21: CHF 180.— or € 180.-- Late entry fee: CHF 30.— or € 30.-- The entry fee includes 3 dinners (Th./Fr./Sa.) without drinks Contender: Regular: CHF 150.— or € 150.— Juniors until completed age of 21: CHF 100.— or € 100.-- Late entry fee: CHF 30.— or € 30.-- The entry fee includes 2 dinners (Fr./Sa.) without drinks For accompanying people additional dinners could be ordered. (CHF 20.-- / € 20.--) per person and meal. Motorboats need official permission. Instructions of the organization and race committee must be followed. Private support boats will be integrated in the safety arrangement of the Championship. Not registered boats are prohibited on Lake Resia. Liability: Competitors participate in the regatta entirely at their own risk. The organizing authority will not accept any liability for material damage or personal injury or death sustained in conjunction with or prior to, during or after the regatta. Competitors are obliged to respect the ISAF Racing Rules of Sailing and any other rules applicable for this regatta and to follow all instruction of the organization and the race committee. Participants confirm by inscription to have liability insurance coverage for at least CHF 2 Mio including participation for sailing races in Europe. Doping: Doping controls are possible at any time according to regulations of Antidoping Switzerland. Catering: All the time in the Club. The organization offers on Thursday, Friday and Saturday a dinner at the Club. For participants the dinner is included in the entry fee. (Without drinks). Additional dinners can be ordered (CHF/Euro 20.- per dinner) Parking: Trailers and cars must be parked on places instructed by the organization. Some places for campers are available close to the club. Please apply for camper place together with the application form. I have read the Notice or Race carefully and agree to be comitted by the rules and regulations therein, and in the Sailing Instructions or in any addenda to either document. Furthermore I confirm that my boat and crew is in conformity with all requirements and complies with the regulation of the regatta. In particular I confirm that the boat is in conformity with the regulations of advertisement and that I respect and fulfill the Swiss Sailing regulations in terms of doping. I confirm that my boat has liability insurance in effect for the regatta covering property damage, personal injury and death in an amount not less than CHF 2’000’000.- per occurrence and that the policy covers racing activities in Europe. I agree to waive my rights to take legal action against and release and forever discharge Swiss Sailing and its co-operating Saling clubs SCAe and SVR, and their respective organizers, agents, officials, servants and representatives (collectively the “Organizers”) from and against any and all claims, actions, costs or expenses and demands in respect to death, injury, loss or damage to my person or property howsoever caused, arising out of or connected with my participation in this regatta notwithstanding that the same may have been contributed to, caused or occasioned by the negligence of the organizers or any of them.
