Many clinical studies have shown that Ginger and its active principles (gingerols, shogaols, galanolactones) block serotonin 5-HT3 receptors (which cause vomiting) at a gastric level and consequently reduce the possibility that the emetic signal starting from the stomach reaches the central core (brains). Caraway,(Carum(Carvi,L.), Caraway, also known as cumin of the meadows, is part of the Apiaceae (Umbelliferae) family, where an essential oil is extracted from its ripe fruits. Its main active principles are Carvone (55-60%) and Limonene (35-40%). Caraway has a direct influence on the gastric and bowel smooth muscle and helps gastric emptying, reduces bowel spasms and restores the physiological peristaltic action. Moreover, Caraway has a choleretic action which is useful in case of dyspepsia, burping, sense of bloating, flatulence and all other problems which are associated with an altered bile secretion.!

Vitamin,B6,(Pyridoxine), Vitamin B6 is a water soluble vitamin which functions as a coenzyme in various enzymatic mechanisms. Among these is the synthesis of various neurotransmitters, in fact, it is the cofactor of the glutamic-acid-decarboxylase enzyme responsible for the GABA synthesis. Therefore, Vitamin B6 could boost the GABA synthesis and consequently cause a reduction of the excitability of the central nervous system. !

Dosage,and,administration:, You should take one tablet 30 minutes before meals or when needed, to be swallowed with water, up to a maximum of 3 tablets a day.
