JUNE 2018 NJTV Has You Covered During NJ’s Primary Elections JTV News with Mary Alice Williams will actively be covering the New Jersey primary elections on June 5, 2018. The races will see Democratic and Republican candidates vie for their party’s nomination to the United States Senate and the United States House of Representatives. The party winners of the primaries in June will face off in Midterm elections in November 2018. N Chief Political Correspondent Michael Aron will have his ears to the ground, with additional commentary and reporting from Michael Hill, David Cruz, Brenda Flanagan, Briana Vannozzi, Leah Mishkin and in-studio experts.

Viewers will also get more breakdown of what the primary election results mean to the state on new episodes of On The Record and Reporters Roundtable with Michael Aron. On the Record guests include Representative Tom MacArthur (R) and Andy Kim (D) — who are the only two running in their respective primaries in the 3rd congressional district. MacArthur is the incumbent representing the district since 2015. Viewers can also catch up on previous On The Record episodes (njtvonline.org/on-the-record) that profiled Democrats vying for Congressional District 11 & 7 and US Senate candidate Bob Hugin.
