Notes • To type the acute accent ́ use the Slash key / after typing the vowel. á is typed a then Slash. • To type the ogonek accent ̨ use the Semicolon key ; after typing the vowel. ą is typed a then Semicolon. • To type the acute-ogonek accent ̨́ use the Shift+Semicolon key after typing the vowel. ą́ is typed a then Shift+Semicolon. • To type the háček accent ̌ use the Left-Bracket key [ after typing the consonant. š is typed s then Left-Bracket. • To type the umlaut accent ̈ use the Right-Bracket key ] after typing the vowel. ä is typed a then Right-Bracket. • To type the grave accent ̀ use the Grave key ` after typing the vowel. à is typed a then Grave. • To type the tilde accent ̃ use the Shift+Grave key after typing the vowel. ã is typed a then Shift-Grave. • To type the circumflex accent ̂ use the Shift+6 key after typing the vowel. â is typed a then Shift-6.

• The historic characters θ χ ȣ ɩ ‘ are typed by holding down the Right-Alt or Option key and at the same time typing the appropriate key as shown on the map. These keys have been assigned to several characters to aid the memory (e.g. χ is an aspirated k and looks like an x, so it is on both keys). • All changed keys can type their original value by holding down the Right-Alt or Option key. The Semi- colon ; is typed Right-Alt+Semicolon (Windows) Option+Semicolon (Mac). • Opening and closing quotes.
