1991- present ‘Colours of Music Quintet National Touring Company’ - Founder, Manager, Performer

• Managing five artists – saxophonist, bass guitar player, drummer, key board player, trumpet player • Conceived, created and lead musical performances fostering love and understanding of sound and music • Performed in invited educational musical programs by the Israeli Ministry of Education over 4000 times to at least 1 million two hundred thousand pupils and their families (aged 3-18 years old) in every type of community all over the country - including religious and secular Jews, Muslims, Christians, challenged audiences - special education, autistics children, CP children, hearing impaired, etc. • Pioneer of an educational stage performance format to combine sound and music appreciation, with fun, inter active experience on behalf of the audience and humor • Individually tailored musical and listening experience performances envisioning the different adaptations for varied audiences including children, youth and adults • Marketing educational music and listening appreciation performances to educational institutions, recreation and cultural centres, town halls cultural activities, festivals, youth organizations, community centres, kibbutzs, etc. across the State of Israel • Budgeting and dealing with all finances, logistics and administrative aspects of the quintet activities • Created special and unusual musical experience concerts addressing each and everyone in the diversified workplace audience in hi-tech companies and other venues – international woman’s day, “mingling and networking day”, etc. • Developed long standing professional relations with the Department of Culture of the Israeli Ministry of Education, communities and schools throughout the State of Israel, individuals and professionals • Won multiple accreditations for hundreds of performances from “Omanout La’Am (the Department of Culture of the Israeli Ministry of Education)”, “Sal Tarbout Hartzi (The Israel Association of Community Centers)”, “Tarbout Le’Israel (World Zionist Organization)” and israeli art municipal councils • Nurturing the ultimate creative and performance development of each band member, in order to deliver the message of the performance in the best way and according to the best artistic standards through out the thousands of performances • Pioneering the Arab audience sector performances financed by the Department of Culture of the Israeli Ministry of Education • Securing the “Jewish Agency – Department of Jewish Education and Culture in the Diaspora” financial support for the stage energetic and exciting musical–cultural experience show ‘Ruta and the Colorful Musical Quintet – Israel and its culture in Music and Words an Innovative and Creative Approach” specially created for Jewish Communities worldwide.
