Company Management
Meir Litman, CEO and Owner
Meir recently managed the national ITS traffic management project for Israel’s national transportation infrastructure company with a budget of over $100 million. This multi-faceted mega-project involved design work in all major fields of engineering and demanded many sides of project management knowledge.
Additionally, Meir has worked in numerous senior management positions on security and technology projects both in Israel and overseas, including building cellular and wireless communication systems and consulting on network architecture.

Avi Ziv, Technological Consultant and Partner Project Manager
Avi has rich experience managing technology and civil engineering projects. Avi recently managed the construction of three Israel Electric Company substations in the Palestinian Authority. This project included management of political actors as well as international contractors.
Additionally, Avi managed the relocation of utilities for new sections of the Jerusalem light rail. This large-budget transportation project required management of numerous architecture and planning firms up until receipt of approval of drawings for construction. Avi also managed the writing and editing of bid, specification and bill of quantities documents.
Teddy Fischer, Company Engineer and Project Manager
Teddy received his bachelors in mechanical engineering from the University of Pennsylvania in the US and his masters in environmental engineering from the Technion in Israel.
Teddy has experience in mechanical and infrastructure projects on which he worked on quantity tracking and design control as well as scheduling and supervision of work in the field.
Teddy managed the detailed design for construction process for mechanical, HVAC and plumbing work for a new chiller plant in the Pennsylvania Train Station in New York City. Teddy also worked on design services during construction for New York City’s first water filtration plant. Teddy has also prepared environmental reports for approval of projects by the Israel Environmental Protection Agency.

Kavim Bus Company –Management of installation of 400 automated ticketing machines and 200 electronic signs across Israel. The project included coordination between 40 municipalities and regional councils and more than 30 utilities owners, work with the Ministry of Transportation and supervision of contractors.
Superbus Bus Company – Installation of automated ticketing stations and personal information signs in northern Israel – Management of installation for 140 bus stops each of which included: A card charging station, Personal Information Systems, and static signage. Coordination of installation sites with all relevant municipalities and utility owners Coordination with the Israeli Electric Company for powering the sites

NTA Metropolitan Mass Transit System Ltd. (in conjunction with the IBI group) – Management of planning for utilities relocation and expedition of permit
approvals for engineering coordination and design for construction plans for the underground stations for the Tel Aviv light rail. Telescope is managing the design teams for both wet and dry utilities and is responsible for coordination with the Israeli Electric Company, Bezeq, cable and communication companies, municipal water authorities and others. In this capacity, Telescope is providing engineering solutions for maintaining utility services while relocating utilities from the right- of-way of the new train line. Telescope is also editing and managing schedules for the station pre-construction phases, overseeing the various sub-discipline engineering firms and consulting with project management on matters related to utilities.
Israel’s National Transportation Infrastructure Company – Member of the engineering bureau for electrical work and traffic control systems. The bureau is run by the vice president of the company and is made up of a team of advisors and engineers in the field of electrical engineering. The bureau is responsible for updating all rules and guidelines for design as well as the company’s general specifications and the company’s catalog for light fixtures, traffic control systems, conductors, cabinets, etc.
The Development Company of Modiin: Characterization, design and follow- through on a contract for dedicated communications for the construction of the main commercial center in the city of Modiin. Included in the characterization were four main specialties: a video camera system overseen by the city's 106 call center, a public address and speaker system, a wi-fi network, and installation of a dedicated signage system with the ability to integrate and control all of the vehicular traffic and traffic lights.
