Hong Kong news Summer 2013 23 Hong Kong gripped by duck fever

Dutch artist Florentijn Hofman said his Rubber Duck represents the union of people, adding : “we’re one family and all the waters in the world are our global bathtub”, a sentiment that is well understood in Hong Kong, Asia’s world city.
