After successful editions in and the and earlier editions in Asia, NCT eXplosive Europe will be hosted at the Italian Joint NBC Defense School in Rieti, Italy, for a three day event featuring a conference, exhibition and trainings for first responders in the field of C-IED, EOD and demining. , civil and industry representatives from the European and international C-IED, EOD and demining community will have the chance to gather in a three days event focused on knowledge exchange, networking and operational training with the goal of strengthening our defense capabilities against the threat posed by explosive devices. During the NCT PRO trainings, teams of C-IED and EOD first responders from all over Europe will be trained based on their requirements using the newest technologies provided by participating companies. Civil and military First Responders will be trained at the Nubich Training Center of the Italian Joint NBC Defense School to respond to a real-life C-IED, EOD or demining scenario with the aim of improving response capabilities and promoting interoperability across different agencies. The 8th edition of the NCT PRO Trainings in Italy, will include local multiagency responders from all over Europe. The trainings could be a combination of a local civil response team (e.g. Fire Brigade) paired together with military organization (e.g. Army EOD) or specialized military unit (e.g. of the Army Engineers). To promote product development, companies will be given the opportunity to have their products evaluated by the teams during a given scenario under the guidance of professional Demining, C-IED, EOD trainers by Mac7 and Hotzone Solutions.

NCT events are organized by the CBRNe Society Foundation. The CBRNe Society is an international non-profit organization.
