• Differences between Test Takers and Program Completers • Data for Test Takers are from September 2013 through March 2015 • Data for program completers are from September 2013 through August 2014* • Students who completed before April 30, 2014 could take previous assessments for initial certification (LAST, ATS-W and a CST) 2 *Data for program completers are collected once a year and the reporting period is established in guidelines provided by USDE. The data reporting process for this reporting period begin in October 2014 and continues through to December 2015. The next reporting cycle will cover September 2014 through August 2015 and the process will be completed in December 2016. Pass Rate Data

• Data is filtered to capture only those institutions that had more than 30 test takers or program completers

• Program completer data is required under Title II federal reporting requirements and has been used as the accountability measure for teacher preparation programs
