Pass the Ohio State Highway Patrol Academy and Cardinal Hall on the right. Turn right at the next entrance and park in front of Cardinal Hall.

Fair Deliveries – July 26 – August 6

 Please see division notes for specific delivery dates/times.  Load/Unload passes will be mailed to you by the Entry Department in july along with Contestant Tags. Directions:  Exit I-71 at 17th Avenue and go west a short distance to the Fair’s parking plaza, drive in the left lane to the parking booth.  Show the first gate attendant your Gate 2 Load/Unload parking pass.  Proceed to Gate 2 and show the second gate attendant the Gate 2 Load/Unload parking pass.  You will have 15 minutes to deliver your exhibit/display.  You MUST then either leave grounds or move your vehicle to the North Parking Lot and pay $5.00 to park. If you are leaving grounds, there is no parking fee to be paid. Again, if you are parking in the North Parking Lot (or anywhere else on grounds) you will be charged the $5.00 parking fee. To get to the North Lot, you will turn right to back to the Fair’s Plaza (where you originally entered from 17th Avenue) and up to the North Lot. It is at the Plaza Gate where the gate personnel will remove the bottom part only of the Load/Unload ticket and where the $5.00 will be paid (you will display the remaining top part of the ticket somewhere visibly in your front window)....again, only for those planning to park in the North Lot.  This same procedure applies to both divisions of Creative Arts that have drop-off dates during the Fair.  Admission tickets are required to enter the grounds for each delivery day.  Load/Unload passes can be reused IF not parking anywhere else on grounds.  Worth repeating: If you are just dropping off an entry, the Load/Unload pass may be reused. If you choose to park in the North Parking Lot (or anywhere else on grounds), you will need to pay the $5.00 parking fee at the gate AND THEN the gate attendant will tear off the bottom part of the Load/Unload pass which means you will need another Load/Unload pass for future Fair deliveries.
