On behalf of Obaika Racing, we look forward to having you join us for the race week in Las Vegas!

To ensure your experience is as exciting and memorable as possible, please note the following NASCAR rules and regulations prior to your arrival at the track.

NASCAR and Team rules regarding pit road / garage areas:

♦> Alcoholic beverages are prohibited in the garage on pit road at all times. ❖ Credentials and current / active driver's license must be displayed at all times. ❖ If standing behind the pit box, please stand behind the yellow line to avoid injury. Things can happen very fast during a race, and the crew members need to have this space clear.

Obtaining Your Passes: Please Consult the Map on Page 2

❖ For the NASCAR K&N Series West Race:

Upon arrival at the Dirt Track, you will need to visit the K&N Series sign-in and sign-in as a non-member. You will receive a K&N pass and/or wrist band that is good for access to this race only. If you have any problems finding sign-in, please call me or Arnout.

❖ For the NASCAR Truck. Xfinitv, and Cup Races:

Before arriving at the track, please fill out the form that NASCAR has sent you via email. You will receive a QR code that you will need to save and present to the registration workers at the track. You may pick up your HOT pass at the NASCAR Registration trailer located to the left of the track credential office located off of Las Vegas Blvd North at Gate 2. Please see the schedule on pg. 4 for NASCAR Registrations hours; credentials can be picked up anytime that Registration is open. This pass will give you access to all three series Friday-Sunday.

For any questions, please call Dalana Parker at (256) 624-7138

Dear Mudunwazi,

Happy to arrange transport! What is the best pick up address / contact number? Which names can we give to security? I believe Anna-Maja will be the best POC on NYSE tomorrow, but I will double confirm later.

NYSE INSTRUCTIONS Arrive in advance to pass through security, and bring an official Picture ID, such as a driver's license or a passport. Please go to the corner of Wall Street and Broad Street, and check in at the blue tent housing NYSE security (across from Federal Hall, circled on the map below). Identify yourself as a guest for CNN, and please ask for Anna-Maja/Maria, the CNN producers on duty. Dress code: please do not wear jeans or sneakers.

Dear Anna-Maja,

Is it possible to start with Trevor at 15hl5 or 15h30 and have him arrive at 15h00? He currently has a Roundtable Discussion with a group of about 30 Foreign Direct Investors in his schedule from 13h30 - 14h30. Thank you so much for your note. Sorry for the delay.

We would love to set something up. We could do one guest, not two, due to limitations in the studio.

To that end, Trevor Manuel would be excellent.

Would he be available live in the 3pmET hour on Nov 1?

Dear Ms Rappard,

I hope this e-mail finds you well and warm.

My last conversation with you, we were trying to programme the President Cyril Ramaphosa during UNGA meetings for an interview on Quest Means Business, which unfortunately could not work out given the high level of interest and tight schedule at the time. I am now reaching out to you once more, because I will be

hosting the former South Africa Minister of Finance Mr Trevor Manuel as part of the business delegation visiting New York for the Johannesburg Stock Exchange South Africa Tomorrow Investor Conference taking place at the Lotte Palace Hotel in Manhattan on 1-2 November 2018. Mr Manuel is now serving as the Presidential Envoy on Investment under President Cyril Ramaphosa with 3 other personalities e.g. Jacko Maree, former CEO of Standard Bank of South Africa.

Both Messrs Manuel and Maree including the Governor of the Central Bank Mr Lesetja Kganyago are available to conduct interviews with any of your programmes in particular Quest Means Business, and with Christine Amounpour if that could also be facilitated through you. They will be available on either 1 or 2nd November 2018.

Please let me know of the availability to programme the requested interviews on either one of the identified dates so that we can immediately lock in the time slot.

Thanks for your understanding.

Dear Mr. Mudunwazi,

I am writing to personally thank you and the Brand South Africa team for attending SAiD's 8th Annual African Diaspora Awards at the Schomburg Center in New York City. We're so glad you came. You will have the Exit Report by Tuesday.

We took over New York City and brought to life the most inspiring stories of innovation, creativity and leadership among Africans in the Diaspora. To say that I was touched and humbled by your support of SAiD's ADA does not sufficiently express my gratitude. It was an incredible feeling to see such a diverse group of community-spirited people coming out celebrating each others achievement.

Your presence, Madiba tribute speech, your cooperation and strength of character guaranteed that you are someone special. I appreciate your contribution to a lively and impactful event. Thank you for investing in our mission to inspire, elevate, and celebrate Africans! I'm thankful for your support, and happy to have you as a part of my tribe.

Thank you all for the immense support you've shown to SAiD. From your attendance to ADA, to the support you give, the re-tweets, the re-posts, the word of mouth, we know we couldn't have had such a spectacular year without your dedication to what we do. The event serves a dual role; as a call to action while celebrating the contributions and accomplishments of Africans in the diaspora.

We will be in touch in the coming weeks with updates and more information about our upcoming projects -- projects that YOU helped support and fund. SAiD is a community entity that cannot prosper without the continued support of those who believe in our mission! Please, consider visiting us today at www.saidinsututes.org.

In the meantime, you may view and share photos from ADA and check back for more soon via our Facebook page, just don't forget to tag us @SAiDinstitutes #ADAChooseYourTribe

I trust that you all had an enjoyable evening and we thank you for joining us in New York City! It will all be happening again next year Saturday December 7th, 2019 and I hope we can count on your continued support. Your support of SAiD and the vital work we are doing to educate the public in the study of African narrative, cultures, leadership and promote Africans in the Diaspora (as well as Africans as a whole) is greatly appreciated.

Thank you again for your time, insight, and support. I'm so glad to have you as part of our passionate community.

Tribute Remarks at the 8th Annual Awards of the Society for Africans in the Diaspora by Mudunwazi Baloyi, Country Head: Brand South Africa on 01 December 2018.

It is an honor for me to have an opportunity to break bread and share with this gathering our South African Story: which is that of hope and prosperity. We have reached a point in South Africa where it has become inevitable that we must better the lives of all South Africans. This was the promise of freedom and democracy as enshrined in the South African Constitution which is explicit about what our rights are, but most importantly, it is also aspirational in how these rights should be advanced to the benefit of all.

My name is Mudunwazi Baloyi, the Country Head of Brand South Africa for the United States. Brand South Africa is the authority on South Africa’s national identity. Our vision as a country is to be a nation our people and the world will draw inspiration from, inspiration to find new paths, new solutions, new possibilities, new experiences, new ideas and the will to make it happen. Our mission though is to tell the inspiring story of South Africa and its people, and on behalf of Brand South Africa, we are honored to be part of these celebrations and be a partner to SAiD in hosting yet another successful event.

I would be remiss of me if i do not take this opportunity to thank Debo, Liz Ngozie and their team for what you have achieved and the multitude whom you continue to inspire and all that you have helped to live their dreams.

South Africa recognizes that unifying civil society, business, and government can lead to positive, transformative changes. In my own country, we are doing the hard work of helping make a difference in the lives of our citizens. We are creating a sustainable, equitable economy and raising South Africa’s global competitiveness.

Received by NSD/FARA Registration Unit 02/17/2020 12:15:18 AM Received by NSD/FARA Registration Unit 02/17/2020 12:15:18 AM

We have made strides towards meeting basic needs and improving the quality of life of all our people.

And we are investing in our civic society organizations to inspire pride, patriotism, and active citizenship because we know that civic knowledge is a powerful tool to safeguard South Africa’s democracy. For us addressing racial injustice and the promotion of gender equality and women’s empowerment is central to government’s efforts to combat poverty and stimulate sustainable development. That is why we see the empowerment of women as everyone’s business and needs the support of government, business and civil society.

There is of course more work to be done. We have yet to fully unlock the leadership potential of all groups of people - not only in South Africa, but in communities across the world.

I am not saying that everybody needs to be the same, but what i am saying is that Nelson Mandela’s mandate is not that we live free but respect and enhance the rights and opportunities of others to be free as we are; That means we need to have the same opportunities to be educated; same opportunities to better healthcare; it means that no man or woman or child should still feel inferior; and I think that is the key to success of both this country and South Africa; that even when we were victims of Apartheid and racial segregation we never felt like victims; but felt like it was our responsibility as Martin Luther King said “ to redeem the Soul of America from the triple evils of racism, war and poverty”. So we cannot be free until everyone is free.

If there is a message that Dr W.E.B du Bois and Frederick Douglas left us is “If i forget those who are yet in poverty (slavery), may my tongue stick to the roof of its mouth

Received by NSD/FARA Registration Unit 02/17/2020 12:15:18 AM Received by NSD/FARA Registration Unit 02/17/2020 12:15:18 AM

and my right hand lose its cunning”.

Let me take this opportunity to congratulate all our honorees but Most of all to all of you gathered here today including the volunteers, to pay tribute to the life of a truly remarkable human being.

Today we celebrate 100 years of the life of Nelson Mandela. It is a life that through his actions teaches us how we should be conducting our lives.

Nelson Mandela was born in a small rural village of Qunu in the , in South Africa. From there he moved to the City of Johannesburg coming into contact with the policy of Apartheid; policy of hatred, of separation and oppression. He became conscioutized and became involved in struggle.

Nelson Mandela, first and foremost, was a Youth Activist. He was a founding member of the African National Congress Youth League. I see here many young people present today; And I think that should inspire all of us who are both young in age and young in heart to continue the struggle by young people but also for young people who are our future.

Secondly, Nelson Mandela was a lawyer. He beats all circumstances to qualify himself as a lawyer. A lawyer who fought for the rights of the oppressed. He used the legal system to advance the rights of people.

Thirdly, he was a political activist, who mobilized the people to resist oppression, tyranny and unjust laws. He was the volunteer in Chief when the people of South Africa embarked on a mass defiance campaign of unjust racist laws. When peaceful struggle no longer worked; Nelson Mandela was again at the front; He was the first commander of Umkhonto We Sizwe (the spear of the nation), the Armed Wing of the African National Congress. He took up the weapons, then he went to jail and spent 27 years in Jail. While he was in prison, his activism did not stop, because Robben Island was used as a University to teach politics to those who came in and out. And he remained a symbol throughout the world of the struggle of the people for South Africa.

When he came out, again a different role. A role of a peace maker, of a

reconciliatory, of a nation builder. But in building peace, building a nation, never forgetting the struggle for justice carries on.

And I think out of that life we can learn lessons that there are many, many different ways in which one can make a contribution to changing the lives of others.

In support of this year long campaign and as part of its mandate to build pride, patriotism, and a spirit of active citizenship, Nelson Mandela Foundation, in partnership with Brand South Africa, launched the ‘Play your Part for Madiba’ campaign. This campaign is aimed at galvanising citizens into embodying the values and spirit of Madiba and playing their part for our country’s growth and development.

Mr Mandela followed three principles throughout his life: Free yourself, Free others, Serve every day. Following these three principles the aim of Mandela Centenary Celebrations is to ensure that we continue to perpetuate Madiba’s legacy in making our world a better one for all, through acts of kindness, no matter how small.

The year long campaign aims to uphold President Nelson Mandela’s legacy. President Mandela became a moral authority and a symbol of what we can achieve with true dedication to the cause of peace, dignity, reconciliation and forgiveness, and in so doing help to make a difference to build a global movement for good.

This initiative is further dedicated to giving back to those less fortunate, the vulnerable and marginalised in our society. In fact, the initiative actively encourages service to others, just as Madiba himself gave many years of his life in service to humanity.

As the nation of South Africa and the world remembers the profound and lasting impressions of Madiba, who is recognised and celebrated as an icon for racial equality and freedom - everyone is encouraged to play their part towards positive change by building their communities and upholding a spirit of Ubuntu and social cohesion.

As we navigate through current day challenges facing the world, we must be inspired by Mandela’s ethos in making a contribution. It is now in our hands to act on behalf of justice and peace.

In celebrating Mandela’s Centenary - the whole world has descended to South Africa Johannesburg for the capstone event: Global Citizen Festival which is taking place tomorrow to mark the official ending to the celebrations.

So today gathered here, I think is is very appropriate that SAiD has chosen for this event to take place in Harlem, the place that resonates very deeply with the struggle of oppressed people throughout the world. It is a place that we looked to for inspiration both politically and culturally for our struggle, and we are very glad that this event is taking place here today. So we thank SAiD, and we thank yourselves for keeping the memory of Nelson Mandela alive.

May we continue in that tradition, you as Global Africans or Africans in the Diaspora and Friends of Africa as we remember Nelson Mandela, the Activist, Leader, Peace Maker and Humanitarian. I

I thank you all and Happy Holidays....!

Nelson Mandela was born in a small rural village of Qunu in the Eastern Cape, in South Africa.

Dear Hleziphi,

I am still waiting for the Supply Chain Management, who are the ones that do the evaluation and assessment of quotations to give me a go ahead and inform the recommended entity. I should have some information by tomorrow. I appreciate the wishes of the committee, but this is government processes we are dealing with here. So even in instances, where we have a preferred supplier, we still have to go through a procedure and justify such.

As for entertainment, Bongi happened to be the only quote that we remained with, as the other two pulled out due to unavailability and being out of town, e.g. Mongezi (Klassen in Canada until 13th March), Kyla Smith (being out of town on another project until end of the month).

The committee had an emergency meeting regarding your sponsorship for food and entertainment. The committee reached a consensus that Bongi can sing the South African Anthem and that Lee-Ann Benjamin cater for the event.
