The TR325 is a painted steel frame design with a less costly 400 series magnetic Stainless steel finish. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required for custom carts to process an order. Business Checks and personal checks, are also accepted, but we will wait for these checks to clear prior to shipping the goods. • Pickup payments may be made by cash, certified or cashier check. • The purchaser is responsible for checking local health department ordinances and codes in the location the equipment is to be used. • Tax exempt organizations must provide a signed copy of their exempt certificates. • Please allow 3-6 weeks for completion of your order depending upon our production schedule at time of order We will endeavor to meet your delivery requirements, but will be held harmless in the event of late order completion. Orders must be paid for and shipped within 10 days of completion or we reserve the right to charge storage fees of $15/day per cart. • We are not responsible and will be held harmless for contingent costs in the event that products we sell are out of service due to required maintenance or any other reason. • All freight damage claims must be made directly with the carrier. • Freight,, FOB Ozone Park NY. We will always endeavor to get the best possible freight rates. • Parts, are guaranteed against manufacturer defects for 360 days FOB our factory. • Responsibility for service, freight or labor charges resulting from a claim is determined solely at our discretion. Each unit is supplied with an owner's operation manual that must be read and understood prior to operation of the cart. • Operator of the equipment should receive proper training & be familiar with correct operation prior to use. We are happy to demonstrate equipment use and safety instructions at our facility.
