Preparing good quality tea is an Art. La Via del tè uses only mineral water with low dry residue; the water temperature and the time of infusion vary according to the type of tea. Every tea is prepared with care and tasted before serving. To avoid over-steeping, the leaves are removed so that the flavour and aroma of the tea remain consistent.
