Approve the following statement as the refund marking for Category A containers: ‘5c Refund at Points of Sale when sold in SA’ 2. Approve the following statement as the refund marking for Category B containers : ‘5c Refund at Collection Depots when sold in SA’. Section 69 I, STEPHEN RICHARD SMITH, Senior Adviser, Container Deposit Legislation and Delegate of the Environment Protection Authority (‘the Authority’), pursuant to section 69 of the Environment Protection Act 1993 (SA) (‘the Act’) hereby: 1. Approval of Category B Containers: Approve as Category B Containers, as identified in Column 6 of Schedule 1, subject to the conditions in sub-clauses 1.1- 1.2 below, each of the classes of containers identified by reference to the following matters described in the first 4 columns of Schedule 1 of this Notice which are sold in South Australia: (a) the product which each class of containers shall contain; (b) the size of the containers; (c) the type of containers; (d) the name of the holders of these approvals. 1.1 Subsection 69 (3) Arrangements: The holders of these approvals must ensure that the empty containers which belong to their respective class of containers hereby approved as Category B Containers are collected from collection depots approved under section 69 of the Act by the party named in column 5 of Schedule 1 of this Notice. 1.2 Approved Refund Markings The holders of these approvals must ensure that each container which belongs to their respective class of containers hereby approved as Category B Containers bears the refund marking approved by the Authority in respect of that class of containers. 2. Approval of Category A Containers: Approve as Category A Containers, as identified in Column 6 of Schedule 1, subject to the conditions in sub-clauses 2.1- 2.2 below, each of the classes of containers identified by reference to the following matters described in the first 4 columns of Schedule 1 of this Notice which are sold in South Australia: (a) the product which each class of containers shall contain; (b) the size of the containers; (c) the type of containers; (d) the name of the holders of these approvals. 2.1 Subsection 69 (3) Arrangements: The holders of these approvals must ensure that the empty containers which belong to their respective class of containers hereby approved as Category A Containers are collected from the retailers who sell them. 2.2 Approved Refund Markings The holders of these approvals must ensure that each container which belongs to their respective class of containers hereby approved as Category A Containers bears the refund marking approved by the Authority in respect of that class of containers. 3. Variation of Approvals of Category A and B Containers: Vary all approvals of classes of containers as Category A and/or B Containers as identified in Column 6 of Schedule 2, consisting of all those containers which immediately before this Notice came into operation were approved under the Act as Category A and/or B Containers, to: 3.1 Class of Containers Identify the class of containers so approved by reference to following matters described in the columns 1-4 of Schedule 2 of this Notice which are sold in South Australia: (a) the product which each class of containers contain; (b) the size of containers; (c) the type of containers; (d) the name of the holders of these approvals. 3.2 Conditions: Impose the following conditions on those approvals (i) Subsection 69 (3) Arrangements: (a) The holders of these approvals must ensure that the empty containers which belong to their respective class of container approved as Category A Containers are collected from the retailers who sell them; and (b) The holders of these approvals must ensure that the empty containers which belong to their respective class of container approved as Category B Containers are collected from collection depots approved under section 69 of the Act by the party named in Column 5 of Schedule 2 of this Notice; 13 December 2002] THE SOUTH AUSTRALIAN GOVERNMENT GAZETTE 4629 (ii) Approved Refund Markings: The holders of these approvals must ensure that each container which belongs to their respective class of containers approved as Category A and/or B Containers bears the refund marking approved by the Authority in respect of that class of containers. Merdeka No.30, Bandung Indonesia Abstract This study proposed to analyze marketing strategies in an effort to increase the sales volume of Company X in Dili City, East Timor. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative which shows to analyze the marketing mix strategy (Marketing Mix 4Ps) beer beverage products Company X in Dili City, Timor-Leste. The results show that the product strategy is to prioritize the quality (quality product) of the beer itself, the taste of the aroma and not cause disease and other physical disorders, and unique. Price strategy is the standard price of beer and according to the amount of alcoholic beer. Distribution Channel Strategy Company X collaborates with two large companies in Dili to distribute beer beverage products to 12 districs and in the city of Dili. Company X promotional strategies carry out promotional strategies through Event Sports, Live Music, department stores, convenient stores, agents, shops, social internet media (Facebook, Instagram and YouTube) and Advertising (Newspaper, Brochure, Magazine, LED (Light Emmiting Diode).
