Dezember 2011. Mit Kreisschreiben vom 27. Oktober 2010 (BBl 2010 7523) haben wir den Kantonsregierungen die nötigen Weisungen für die Durchführung der Gesamterneuerung für die 49. Amtsdauer des Nationalrates vom 23. Oktober 2011 erteilt. Da die Kantone Uri, Obwalden, Nidwalden, Glarus, Appenzell Ausserrhoden und Appenzell Innerrhoden lediglich ein einziges Nationalratsmandat zu besetzen haben, gilt dort nach Gesetz das relative Mehr.
