Il est mis à jour par le Centre d’Information sur les Normes et la réglementation (CINR) en collaboration avec le département Normalisation de CODINORM. La version 2014 est la dernière parution et annule toutes les publications antérieures. Ce catalogue ne prend pas en compte les normes ivoiriennes en cours d’élaboration. Un autre catalogue est élaboré à cet effet. Pour toute demande de renseignements sur les travaux de Normalisation nationale, s’adresser à CODINORM à l’adresse suivante : CODINORM Tél. : 22 41 67 58 / 20 01 11 60 20 01 10 49 / 20 01 10 74 Fax : 22 41 52 97 Email : [email protected] Connaître CODINORM Une dizaine d’années après son indépendance, La Côte d’Ivoire a compris la nécessité de se doter d’un organisme pour la gestion de la normalisation et de ses activités connexes. C’est ainsi qu’est né en 1974 le Bureau ivoirien de Normalisation (BIN).Société d’Etat dotée de la personnalité civile et de l’autonomie financière, le BIN avait pour objet de définir et d’appliquer pour le compte de l’Etat, une politique de Normalisation et de Contrôle des produits de toute nature d’origine ivoirienne. Il était le seul organisme habilité à élaborer les Normes applicables en Côte d’Ivoire. Le BIN est admis comme membre correspondant de l’ISO en 1975. A la suite de la 2ème réunion du comité ISO ‘’Café’’ en décembre 1977 à Abidjan, il devient comité Membre de l’ISO en Janvier 1978. La crise économique des années 80 avec l’adoption des Programmes d’Ajustement Structurel (PAS) et l’appel des partenaires économiques au désengagement de l’Etat des sphères de la production, entraînera la dissolution du BIN. En lieu et place du BIN, il sera mis en place un Conseil National de la Normalisation en 1982 pour coordonner toutes les actions en matière de Normalisation, puis les travaux de normalisation seront conduits par un service administratif au sein d’une Direction centrale du Ministère chargé de l’Industrie. Les résultats de ces années d’activités ayant montré que la normalisation ne pouvait pas être gérée de manière satisfaisante dans un cadre administratif classique, souvent rigide et trop centralisé, coupé des opérateurs économiques qui en sont les principaux bénéficiaires, il a été jugé nécessaire de changer le statut de la structure ivoirienne de normalisation. A l’issue des études menées pour le changement de statut de la normalisation, la structure de type associatif est apparue comme le cadre approprié pour le développement de la normalisation en Côte d’Ivoire. Un tel choix permet, en effet, à toutes les entreprises même les plus petites d’être associées à la gestion de la normalisation et à l’Etat d’avoir un droit de regard sur la normalisation et de pouvoir répondre avec efficacité aux nombreux défis qui sont entre autres : - la spécification de référentiels pour la mesure de la qualité des produits et services, - la maîtrise et l’amélioration de la qualité, - l’assainissement du marché national, - la protection du consommateur contre les produits de mauvaise qualité, - la compétitivité des produits ivoiriens sur les marchés régionaux et internationaux. CODINORM (Côte d’Ivoire Normalisation) est la concrétisation de ce choix et surtout d’un partenariat dynamique entre l’Etat et le secteur privé. Association à but non lucratif, reconnue d’utilité publique, CODINORM est créée par une vingtaine d’entreprises du secteur Privé. Cette association a signé le 24 Septembre 1992 une convention avec l’Etat de Côte d’Ivoire, au terme de laquelle, CODINORM a en charge la gestion de la normalisation nationale et du système national de certification de la conformité aux normes. Elle est gérée par un Conseil d’Administration de 23 membres dont quatorze (14) issus du secteur privé et neuf (09) du secteur public. Les missions de CODINORM sont : - Normalisation ; - Certification ; - Promotion de la gestion de la qualité ; Catalogue des Normes Ivoiriennes ‐ 2015| 3 - Information et documentation ; - Représentation de la Côte d’Ivoire dans les instances régionales et internationales de normalisation. 1. Au plan international CODINORM est comité membre de l’ISO depuis 1997 après avoir été membre correspondant de janvier 1975 à juillet 1997. Par cette adhésion à l’ISO, CODINORM dispose en ligne l’ensemble des normes ISO qui peuvent être mis à la disposition du public. CODINORM est membre du : - comité ISO pour les pays en développement (DEVCO). - programme des pays Affiliés de la CEI (Comité Electrotechnique International). CODINORM est signataire du code de bonne pratique de Normalisation par lequel il intègre la normalisation internationale dans la formulation des normes ivoiriennes. Elle est le Point National de l’OMC sur les Obstacles Techniques au Commerce. 2. From this point of view, this ‘plausibility theory’ is a province of logic, and the following infor- mal proportion subsists: plausibility theory deductive logic = : common notion of ‘plausibility’ common notion of ‘truth’ Some studies in plausibility theory are here offered. An alternative view and math- ematical formalism for the problem of induction (the prediction of uncertain events from similar, certain ones) is presented. It is also shown how from plausibility theory one can derive a mathematical framework, based on convex geometry, for the descrip- tion of the predictive properties of physical theories.
