Hi, At the meeting of Horton in Ribblesdale Parish Council held on 09/03/2020 the above planning application was discussed. Council resolved to reject the application for reason below:

The Parish Council was concerned as to the lack of car parking provision as the property would have two businesses and a private dwelling within its curtillage, with no additional parking spaces.
