Winter and Spring All-Academic Recipients Announced
Aston, PA – The office of the Pennsylvania Athletic Conference (PAC) announced that 437 student-athletes from its 12 member institutions were named to the All-PAC Academic Team for the spring 2007 semester.
The PAC All-Academic award is earned by each student-athlete that meets the NCAA Division III eligibility requirements, earns varsity status in their respective sport and earns a minimum grade point average (GPA) of 3.20. The team consisted of student-athletes from the sports of baseball, men’s basketball, women’s basketball, golf, men’s lacrosse, women’s lacrosse, softball and men’s tennis.
Of the 437 student-athletes on this squad, four were selected Player of the Year, four selected Rookie of the Year, 24 on the All-PAC First Team, 25 on the All-PAC Second Team, 23 received Honorable Mention and 39 were placed on the Push the Rock All-Sportsmanship Team in their respective sports.
The following student-athletes are members of the Spring 2007 All-PAC Academic Team. Please note the following representations: POY = Player of the Year, ROY = Rookie of the Year, 1st = First Team All-PAC, 2nd = Second Team All-PAC, HM = All-PAC Honorable Mention and PTR = Push the Rock Sportsmanship Award.
