General Terms & Condition of Tenderer

1. Pl mention on Envelop QUOTATION FOR PLASTIC POUCH CRTAE on duly 2. Pl send the quotation with & present taxes & duties extra & in quotation 3. Please state the minimum time required for supply of the material from the date of order. 4. Required 20000 no Plastic Pouch are to be delivered at Our Kamothe (Navi Mumbai) ,Pune & Islampur Station as per requirement during the period of one Year

5. The Successful Tenderer Should accept the Nominal Membership of RBPSDS (Rs 525 6. Material Should Be Dispatched At supplier Risk The tenderer shall Be responsible until the entire consignment of Material has arrived in good condition at Rajarambapu Dudh sangh at Islampur or at any other specified destination

7. On receiving orders from Dudh Sangh, the supply of material at Dairy Plants, shall be the responsibility of the supplier. Quality inspection and rejection, if any, shall be made at the Dairy Plant Sites. The rejected quantity, if any, shall be lifted by the supplier at his own cost. The rejected material shall have to be lifted by the supplier within 10 days from the date of intimation from the Dairy Plant. The Dairy shall not be responsible for any deterioration due to delayed lifting of the rejected material by the supplier

8. Management reserve right to accept or reject any or all Tenders without assigning any reason.

Description: These HDPE crates are requiring for purpose of holding & transporting sachet packs

1. Capacity: - 10 liters to hold & transport ten one-liter milk sachet or twenty 500 ml milk sachets.

2. Material for Construction: - Crates shall be manufactured out of un-pigmented high-density material of C.C. 7260 / HDPE 54 M.A. with density above 0.9524. Confirming to IS: 7328 – 1984

3. Method of Manufacture: - The crates shall be manufactured by the injection process with militia feeding hot runner system so that the flow of material is easy & uniform during molding.

4. Color & Name Plates: - The crates should be approved color by Sangh & Name-plate (KRUSHNA DUDH) should be engraved at appropriate location as per the approved sample. Besides this, the month & year of manufacturer should also be prominently embossed suitably along with the nameplate.

5. Finish: - The crates shall be free from all molding blemishes. Inside and outside surface of the crate shall be of smooth finish & free from sharp edges.

6. Physical Standards: - (1) Dimension & Shape: As per NDDB specification.

(2) Weight of Crate: The weight of each crate should be minimum 1200+/-5%gm. (3) Inter-stack-ability when loaded with sachets & collapsibility when empty: The crate shall be inter changeable, inter-stackable & shall be stable at 10 stacks high when loaded to capacity, which filled sachets & should be comfortably collapsible (those should go one into the outer when they are empty) (4) Method of Tests: - The crate shall be satisfactory & stand the following tests without color blemishes, shape or damage by clipping etc: drop tests, resistance to stress, resistance to applied load & dimensional stability test (as per IS: 11584 – 1986)
