FACES OF GLOBAL CHANGE International Fashion Week 2021 NEW YORK EDITION

You are officially invited to attend! This fashion show event will be full of fun and plenty of excitement. It's NOT a competition but a Fashion Show! Contestants still will do their phone interviews and submit their photos, videos & proof of community service online for judging. However, they will get to learn some runway modeling skills and will walk the runway in their career wear, fashion wear & evening gown outfits for our New York fashion show being filmed for Youtube.

Their on-stage modeling is NOT judged; only their online competition materials. At the end of the fashion show, an awards ceremony to announce Miss Infinity International, regional and elemental title holders for our sister pageants of Miss Biosphere (earth), Miss Aquamarine (water), Miss Ozone (air) & Miss Inferno (fire) will be announced. If any of those winners are present at the fashion show, they'll be crowned on-stage; if not, they'll receive their prizes in the mail. You don't want to miss…

EVENT FULL OF ACTIVITIES: The Faces of Global Change Fashion Week 2021 (New York Edition), will host a 1-day event like no other! Here is a description of our planned activities for this event…

PAJAMA DIVA PARTY: Join us for this fun pajama lunch & meet n' greet party. Contestants will learn some modeling tips, practice & rehearse their runway walks. This is just a fun way to relax, have fun, and get to know other contestants and most of all…pig-out on pizza!!! Please wear pajamas, of your choice, that you would not mind being photographed in, as photos will be taken. This is also a great way to bring little trinkets for your sister queens. You can decide to bring gifts for contestants in your age division or for all age divisions. The choice is up to you. Gifts can be distributed at this party.

ALL WHITE CORONATION GALA: We have a great fashion show after-party & reception planned for all the contestants & guests from the fashion show. You & fashion show guests must wear a white glitzy or formal gown, cocktail dress, skirt suit or pants suit / tux.

WHAT'S REQUIRED TO ATTEND FASHION WEEK?

AD PAGE: Each contestant looking to attend and participate in this fashion week event are required to buy an ad page for the fashion show program book. Contestants ages 18 and older, because they can attend by themselves, must buy a "DISCOUNTED" full page ad @ $450 for the Fashion Week program book. Contestants ages 17 and younger, because they must attend with a parent or guardian age 18 or older, must buy a "DISCOUNTED" full page ad @ $525 for the Fashion Week program book. In return they receive….

● Contestant ad page design services included!

● Admission for yourself into all of the fashion show activities; including for parents or guardian's attending with contestants ages 17 & younger.

● Chance to meet other contestants face-to-face.

● Opportunity to make memories and forge new friendships.

● Coaching on basics to runway modeling.

● Spot to walk the runway in our international fashion show being filmed for Youtube!

● Photo Ops and features in many event photos.

● Fashion Show Swag Bag full of gifts; including for parents or guardian's attending with contestants ages 17 & younger!

● Keepsake printed copy of the fashion week program book.

● Opportunity to sell additional ad pages for a cash scholarship award! For every regularly priced full page ad sold @ $800 ea., after buying the required discount page ad (for ages 18 & older), earns you $500. For every regularly priced full page ad sold @ $800 ea., after buying the required ad page (for ages 17 & younger), earns you $500.

○ These additional ad pages can be sold to businesses or business professionals that you or your family members patronize or do business with; such as Car Insurance Agents, Car Dealerships, Dentists, Primary Care Doctors, Cardiologists, Endocrinologists, Pediatricians, ENT Doctors, Eye Doctors, Gynecologists, Plastic Surgeons, Dermatologists, HOA, etc. You or your family members already have a working relationship with these businesses or professionals; which increases the likelihood that they will sponsor you by purchasing an ad page in our fashion week program book. It's best to leverage that relationship as opposed to cold selling to businesses that you don't frequent.

○ Best way to get your sponsorship is to make sure that your sponsorship letter & a photo of you gets to the manager, owner or the one in charge of making decisions for that business. This can be by giving your letter to this individual on your next office visit or to their assistant or receptionist and request for them to forward it to that person. Then, follow up with phone calls to check on the status of their decision; which can be done by you or the family members who are petitioning sponsorship from those businesses or professionals that they know. Ad pages are tax deductible as a donation to our 501(C)3 non-profit organization or as an advertising expense for businesses!

OUTFITS: Each contestant looking to attend this fashion show event and participate in fashion week are required to have the following clothing items…

● An evening gown to model in the fashion show; it would be ideal to wear the same outfit you wore in your evening gown photos for the online pageant but not required.

● A cocktail dress or fancy fashion dress to model in the fashion show; it would be ideal to wear the same outfit you wore in your fashion wear photos for the online pageant but not required.

● A business pants suit or career wear pants outfit to model in the fashion show; it would be ideal to wear the same outfit you wore in your career wear photos for the online pageant but not required.

● Your city, state, regional or national contestant crown & sash.

● A white pageant logo tee with black leggings, black heels or flat dress shoes and your city, state, regional or national contestant crown. OR… a black pageant logo tee with light grey leggings, black heels or flat dress shoes and your city, state, regional or national contestant crown. Either outfit can be worn for the opening production number of the fashion show!

● A white glitzy or formal gown, cocktail dress, skirt suit or pants suit for the All White Coronation Gala.

● A pajama outfit of your choice for the Pajama Diva Party.

WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS OF ATTENDING FASHION WEEK? When you choose to attend our Faces of Global Change Fashion Week 2021 (New York Edition), you'll receive…

If you are a current international contestant:

● Opportunity to be crowned on-stage if you win a Miss Infinity International or elemental title for our sister pageants of Miss Biosphere (earth), Miss Aquamarine (water), Miss Ozone (air) or Miss Inferno (fire).

● Eligibility to win the Miss Ozone or Miss Inferno International titles in their age divisions; those who don't attend, are not eligible to win these titles.

● Automatic entry into a special contest to win a new elemental title of Miss Venus (goddess of love & beauty) in your age division; no matter the pageant you are enrolled in!

If you are a current national Miss Infinity America or Canada contestant, even if you don't win your country's national title from your online national pageant in March 2021:

● Eligibility to win the Miss Ozone (air) or Miss Inferno (fire) International titles in their age divisions; those who don't attend, are not eligible to win these titles.

● Automatic entry into a special contest to win a new elemental title of Miss Venus (goddess of love & beauty) in your age division; no matter the pageant you are enrolled in!

● Opportunity to be crowned on-stage if you win one the exclusive titles listed under this section.

If you are a current regional contestant:

● Opportunity to be crowned on-stage if you win a Miss Infinity regional title (must be an Infinity regional contestant).

● 1,200 People's Choice Votes earned, automatically qualifying you for your region's elemental sister title for Miss Biosphere (earth), Miss Aquamarine (water), Miss Ozone (air) or Miss Inferno (fire); provided that you don't win the regional Miss Infinity title!

SOME FASHION WEEK RULES!!! Here are a few rules we have in place for you to uphold at all times before, during & after the pageant retreat & fashion week….

● DUE TO COVID 19, FACES OF GLOBAL CHANGE FASHION WEEK (NEW YORK EDITION) REQUIRES THAT ALL STAFF, QUEENS, CHAPERONES, PARENTS / GUARDIANS, CONTESTANTS AND THEIR GUESTS, FAMILY AND FRIENDS BE MASKED AT ALL EVENTS AND THROUGHOUT THE PUBLIC AREAS OF THE VENUES WE UTILIZE. AT EVENTS WHERE FOOD & BEVERAGE IS BEING SERVED, YOUR MASK MUST REMAIN ON IF YOU ARE NOT EATING OR DRINKING; AS THIS WILL BE STRICTLY ENFORCED!!!

● DUE TO COVID 19, FACES OF GLOBAL CHANGE FASHION WEEK (NEW YORK EDITION) REQUIRES THAT ALL STAFF, QUEENS, CHAPERONES, PARENTS / GUARDIANS, CONTESTANTS AND THEIR GUESTS, FAMILY AND FRIENDS GET

TESTED FOR CORONAVIRUS WITH RESULTS ENDING IN A NEGATIVE TEST AT LEAST ONE MONTH BEFORE THE EVENT.

● Due to COVID-19, a Hold Harmless agreement is required to be signed. All Staff, Queens, Chaperone, Parent / Guardian, Contestants and their family members, friends or guests attending fashion week will be required to sign and submit the form before attending.

● RSVP via email, by January 10th, to let us know that you are thinking about attending the Fashion Week Event. We'll send you an ad page payment link and a fundraiser letter for optionally selling additional ad pages. If you, eventually, can't attend, then no worries; simply compete online and wait to see the videos!

● Your 1st ad page payment of $100 is due on February 10th, 2021.

● Your 2nd ad page payment of $150 is due on March 10th, 2021.

● Your 3rd (the remaining balance) ad page payment is due on April 10th, 2021.

● For additional ad page sales, $500 scholarships earned per page sold will be remitted to you in 2-weeks after each additional ad sale has been submitted. You will need a PayPal account in order to receive the cash scholarship payout. Only type ready ads will be accepted for these additional ad page sales. These can be submitted as jpg, png or pdf.

● The venue WILL BE CONFIRMED via email, to all attendees by June 1st, 2021.

● No host hotel will be provided as this is just a one-day event. Contestants may stay at any area hotel of their choice!

● Guests, friends & family, other than the contestant's parent or guardian, who want to attend the fashion show & reception will need to purchase a ticket for $150. Includes fashion show & gala admission, food, beverages, program book, fashion show swag bag & tons of photo ops.

● All ticket & ad page purchases / sales are final & non-refundable!
