In order to take proactive, preventative measures to protect the health and safety of all court users and to help contain the spread of COVID-19, the Provincial Court of Manitoba has cancelled out of custody dockets and circuits. Replacement dates for all cancellations will be posted weekly on the Manitoba Courts Website. Replacement dates will be in the same location/courtroom where court was cancelled

You can also call any court office in Manitoba to obtain new court dates after the court date has past.
