M A L A G A , C A D I Z , S E V I L L E T R I P D E S I G N : A N D A L U S I A 7 DAYS Savour the tastes & sensual pleasure of ancient & modern Andalusia on a journey linking three vibrant cities, each with a very different story.
You'll begin in the city where Picasso was born: Malaga, an exciting cultural reference point since its recent reinvention, with a vibrant foodie scene to go with it.
Climb up into the hills of Malaga to understand this region’s premium wine & its winemakers, visiting the likes of heroic viticultor, Lauren Rosillo at Sedella & Friedrich Schatz, the Swiss former flower seller, one of the champions responsible for the Sierra de Malaga's comeback in producing premium non-fortified wines.
Beyond the famous Andalusian white villages, we travel to the southern tip of
Spain where the Atlantic meets the Mediterranean to Western Europe’s oldest city, Cadiz. The gateway to the Americas when Columbus set sail & returned with new riches for the palate. We savour all its culinary heritage, fresh fish, fortified wines & everything in between. Long lunches, lazy dinners & engaging local flavour – its people & its cuisine.
On to Seville for your last night Michelin star extravaganza & raise a glass to this land of contrasting cultural heritage. HIGHLIGHTS

On Sherry: Sherry is sophisticated and yet misunderstood. The only true sherry is made here in the sherry triangle - between Jerez, Sanlúcar de Barrameda, and El Puerto de Santa María. Its origins date back over 3000 years when around 1100B.C., the Phoenicians founded the city of Gadir, Cadiz, & brought the art of making wine with them, cultivating the vines & making wine. Today, this multi-faceted wine is still made in barrels through a truly unique fermentation process.
