Casting Call for a New HGTV Series - Living Big Sky!

Calling all Montana real estate agents and their clients! If you’re dynamic, outgoing, outspoken and have always wanted to show off your love of Montana to millions of viewers, then we want to hear from you!

Living Big Sky - What’s the show about?

Part destination, part home show, this new series will highlight all that America’s Wild West and Montana have to offer! Each episode of the half-hour show follows a realtor as they introduce their home buyers to Big Sky Country, and to their potential new homes – which possess the same unique, rustic nature of the state they represent: Montana! Unconventional homes are a priority: converted silos, barns, railroad cars, luxury timber frames or a former hunting lodge are ideal. Buyers should be moving to Montana from out-of-state.

In addition, to match the grandeur and untamed nature of Montana, realtors should have great Western flare and tons of personality. A panel of experts (design, architecture, back country guide) will also be on hand to assist real estate agents in helping buyers realize their unique vision of the perfect Montana home and lifestyle.

What to Expect If You are Cast:

* Agents should be ready to show their client 3+ homes in their price range (renovation properties are welcome). Any price range will be considered. We are interested in seeing homes that are uniquely Montana - NO tract homes or suburban cookie cutter homes. Prospective clients must be actively looking for a new home at time of filming.

* Both agent and clients must be willing to appear on camera for approximately 4 days as we follow their journey of selecting a Montana home.

* With time permitting, our film crew will circle back to capture the renovation and upgrades of the homes our buyers purchase as fixer-uppers, if applicable.

* Be ready to experience Montana at its fullest: hunting, fishing, rafting, hiking, rock climbing, rodeos…just to name a few.
