1 Introduction The intention of this document is to give an overview of the organisations that are part of the EasyGo operation, use the EasyGo infrastructure or have roles related to the support of the EasyGo infrastructure and services. These are: General Parties The General Parties of EasyGo consist of Toll Chargers (TC) which have signed the Joint Venture Agreement (JVA) and are represented in the EasyGo steering committee. Limited Parties A Limited Party is a TC that has signed an adhesion agreement to the EasyGo JVA instead of the JVA itself. A limited party is not represented in the EasyGo steering committee. Toll Service Providers EasyGo Toll Service Providers (TSP) have signed the Toll Service Provider Agreement (TSPA) and their contracts / OBEs are accepted by all EasyGo TCs, including General parties and Limited parties. External Toll Chargers External TCs are TCs which have an agreement with one or more EasyGo TSPs and exchange data with the TSP(s) via the EasyGo hub. They are not part of the EasyGo service and have neither signed the JVA nor the adhesion agreement. External Toll Service Providers: External TSPs are TSPs which have an agreement with one or more EasyGo TCs and exchange data with the TC(s) via the EasyGo hub. They are not part of the EasyGo service and have not signed the TSPA. Others Other organisations which have a role in the EasyGo operation or support the EasyGo infrastructure and services

7 Others As of the date given on the front page of this document the following entities have roles in EasyGo or the support of the EasyGo infrastructure and services:
7.1 Appointed Party An Appointed Party is the entity responsible for the operation, maintenance and development of the EasyGo hub. This responsibility is assigned to a chosen company under a contract with the EasyGo General Parties. The Appointed Party shall ensure the stable operation of the EasyGo hub for all actors/service recipients connected to the hub as described in the “IT service agreement”. 8 Start-up and shut-down of Toll Chargers and Toll Service Providers
8.1 General The start-up and shut-down of Norwegian TCs and TSPs are described in document 402 “Norwegian Toll Chargers and Toll Service Providers”. The start-up and shut-down of TCs and TSPs outside Norway are described in chapters 8.2 and 8.3 below.
