It is the first time the Bruins have yielded two goals in the same shorthanded situation since Dec. 4, 1966, when Toronto’s Dave Keon and Bob Pulford accomplished the feat. • The Bruins had not allowed two shorthanded goals in the same game since Dec. 23, 2018 vs. Carolina.

ATTENDANCE: • Tonight’s attendance was a sellout figure of 17,850. • That extends the Bruins’ sellout streak at TD Garden to 474 straight regular season and playoff games starting on Dec. 5, 2009 vs. Ottawa. • Their last non-sellout game at TD Garden was on Dec. 2, 2009 when a Wednesday game vs. the Tampa Bay Lightning drew 16,553.
