HISTORISCH. KOSMISCH. Christian Endres Avengers (1963) 89 Cover von SAL BUSCEMA LIEDER BESINGEN ABER DICH NEIN, ES SIND DIE UND ES GIBT ALSO STELL DEN MOND ÜBER BESCHÄFTIGT SCHATTEN, NICHT? X-Men Evolution Jumpchain V 1.0 By MultiverseCrossover Welcome to a Earth-11052. Unlike most of the other universes this universe focuses solely on the familiar X-Men with a twist. Most of the team is in school and just now are learning to control their powers. But don’t let the high school feel let you become complacent. Espionage, conspiracies, and hatred burn deep underneath the atmosphere and within a few months, the floodgates will open for the world to see. You begin on the day when a young Nightcrawler joins up with the X-Men along with a meddling toad thrown into the mix. You might wanna take this if you want to survive. +1000 Choice Points Origins All origins are free and along with getting the first 100 CP perk free of whatever your origin is you even get 50% off the rest of those perks in that same origin. Drop-In No explanation needed. You get dropped straight into your very own apartment located next to the Bayville High School if you so wish. Other than that you got no ties to anything so do whatever you want. Student You’re the fresh meat in this town and just recently enrolled here. You may or may not have seen a few of the more supernatural things in this high school but do make your years here a memorable one. Scholar Whether you’re a severely overqualified professor teaching or a teacher making new rounds at the local school one thing is for sure however. Not only do you have the smarts to back up what you teach but you can even make a change in people’s lives.

Earth-717: Avengers Vol 1 Chapter 10: Suicide Mission “My, my, my! To have so many of our friends together in the same place! I know that it is under quite distressing circumstances, but still, it's wonderful to have such a congregation!” Steve, Tasha, Thor, Bruce, Carol, Reed, Susan, Johnny, Ben and Herbie were all in one of the hangars on board the Valiant. The Rogue One had been moved from the Senatorium to the Valiant earlier that day, and Tasha had finished installing her new upgrade to the ship. Hundreds of other Nova pilots and officers were moving around the hangar, preparing for the battle ahead. Herbie bounced up and down as he looked around at the group. “To see the Fantastic Four ready to go into battle alongside such brave and noble heroes like yourselves! It is truly remarkable, is it not, Doctor Richards?” “It sure is,” said Reed. “You've got quite a team.” “Put it together at the last minute,” said Tasha. “Since somebody decided that they wanted an interstellar vacation at the worst possible time.” “Hey!” said Johnny. “Wasn't my fault! Blame these guys! I just went along for the ride!” Ben gave Johnny a light smack on the back of the head. “Nobody asked you, junior.” Johnny grumbled as he tried to fix his hair. Reed laughed before looking back Steve. “Don't suppose you'd like to tell me how I'm standing across from Captain America?” “I guess that a man of science like yourself would be interested in that sort of thing,” said Steve.

  • Extending and Visualizing Authorship in Comics Studies
AN ABSTRACT OF THE THESIS OF Nicholas A. Brown for the degree of Master of Arts in English presented on April 30, 2015 Title: Extending and Visualizing Authorship in Comics Studies. Abstract approved: ________________________________________________________________________ Tim T. Jensen Ehren H. Pflugfelder This thesis complicates the traditional associations between authorship and alphabetic composition within the comics medium and examines how the contributions of line artists and writers differ and may alter an audience's perceptions of the medium. As a fundamentally multimodal and collaborative work, the popular superhero comic muddies authorial claims and requires further investigations should we desire to describe authorship more accurately and equitably. How might our recognition of the visual author alter our understandings of the author construct within, and beyond, comics? In this pursuit, I argue that the terminology available to us determines how deeply we may understand a topic and examine instances in which scholars have attempted to develop on a discipline's body of terminology by borrowing from another. Although helpful at first, these efforts produce limited success, and discipline-specific terms become more necessary. To this end, I present the visual/alphabetic author distinction to recognize the possibility of authorial intent through the visual mode. This split explicitly recognizes the possibility of multimodal and collaborative authorships and forces us to re-examine our beliefs about authorship more generally. Examining the editors' note, an instance of visual plagiarism, and the MLA citation for graphic narratives, I argue for recognition of alternative authorships in comics and forecast how our understandings may change based on the visual/alphabetic split.

PRIVILEGED ATTORNEY-CLIENT COMMUNICATION EXECUTIVE SUMMARY SECOND AMENDED AND RESTATED LICENSE AGREEMENT (“SPIDER-MAN”) CREATIVE ISSUES This memo summarizes certain terms of the Second Amended and Restated License Agreement (“Spider-Man”) between SPE and Marvel, effective September 15, 2011 (the “Agreement”). 1. CHARACTERS AND OTHER CREATIVE ELEMENTS: a. Exclusive to SPE: . The “Spider-Man” character, “Peter Parker” and essentially all existing and future alternate versions, iterations, and alter egos of the “Spider- Man” character. All fictional characters, places structures, businesses, groups, or other entities or elements (collectively, “Creative Elements”) that are listed on the attached Schedule 6. The Agreement contains detailed definitions of these terms, but they basically conform to common-sense meanings. If SPE and Marvel cannot agree as to whether a character or other creative element is Primarily Associated With Spider-Man and/or were Inadvertently Omitted, the matter will be determined by expedited arbitration. All newly created (after 9/15/11) characters and other Creative Elements that first appear in a work that is titled or branded with “Spider-Man” or in which “Spider-Man” is the main protagonist (but not including any team- up work featuring both Spider-Man and another major Marvel character that isn’t part of the Spider-Man Property). The origin story, secret identities, alter egos, powers, costumes, equipment, and other elements of, or associated with, Spider-Man and the other Creative Elements covered above. To find the best solution for travel routing, the modified adaptive large neighborhood search (MALNS) method, using the four destructions and the four reconstructions approach, is applied here. The solution finding performance of the MALNS method is compared with an exact method running on the Lingo program. As shown by various solutions, the MALNS method can Citation: Khamsing, N.; balance travel routing designs, including when many tourist attractions are present in each path. Chindaprasert, K.; Pitakaso, R.; Furthermore, the results of the MALNS method are not significantly different from the results of the Sirirak, W.; Theeraviriya, C. Modified exact method for small problem sizes. For medium and large problem sizes, the MALNS method ALNS Algorithm for a Processing shows a higher performance and a smaller processing time for finding solutions.
