    Release list of up to 30 players Each association’s release list of up to 30 players was received by 11 May 2010 as per article 26 of the Regulations for the 2010 FIFA World Cup South Africa™. Mandatory rest period for players on the release list is from 17-23 May 2010 (except players involved in the UEFA Champions League final on 22 May). Each association must send FIFA a final list of no more than 23 players by 24.00 CET on 1 June 2010. Final list is limited to players on the release list submitted on 11 May 2010. Final list of 23 players will be published on FIFA.com at 12.00 CET on 4 June. Injured players may be replaced up to 24 hours before a team’s first match. Replacement players are not limited to the release list of up to 30 players.     Par Koffi du 18 Editorial SOUZA N°559 DECEMBRE LES ARMES ET LES LARMES A PROPOS DE LA TUERIE DU CONNECTICUT 2012 Une fois de plus, la folie meurtrière a frappé les Etats-Unis. 26 personnes, dont 20 enfants sont mortes sous les balles d'un tueur dans une école du Connecticut. Et une fois de plus est mise en cause la liberté de s'armer reconnue aux citoyens américains. UNE LIBERTE CONSTITUTIONNELLE On sait en effet que la Constitution américaine précise (AMENDEMENT II (15 décembre 1791)) : "Une milice bien organisée étant nécessaire à la sécurité d'un Etat libre, il ne pourra être porté atteinte au droit du peuple de détenir et de porter des armes." L'idée à l'époque était de garantir la liberté des citoyens face à l'éventuelle oppression d'une armée de métier au service de la Fédération. Depuis, loin de tomber en désuétude, cette liberté de s'armer a été renforcée par la Cour Suprême. On se demandait jusqu'à une date récente si cette impossibilité de limiter le droit de s'armer s'appliquait seulement à l'État fédéral ou bien à toutes les instances nationales ou locales. En 2010, la Cour Suprême a tranché estimant que le deuxième amendement peut s'imposer à chaque État, au même titre que la liberté d'expression ou celle d'exercer la religion de son choix. En d'autres termes, les États ou les municipalités ne peuvent pas limiter la détention d'armes à feu : dans l'arrêt McDonald v. MICROPANOPE BARBADENSIS (RATHBUN, 1921): THE COMPLETE LARVAL DEVELOPMENT UNDER LABORATOR Y CONDITIONS (BRACHYURA, XANTHIDAE) Robert H. Gore, Cindy Lee Van Dover, and Kim A . Wilson ABSTRACT The complete larval development of Micropanope barbadensis (Rathbun, 1921) , a small , western Atlantic, coral-inhabiting xanthid crab, is described and illustrated based on larvae reared in the laboratory. The species passed through 3 or 4 zoeal and one megalopal stage over a 24-32 day period at 20°e. At 15 and 25°C the larvae did not survive beyond the first or second stage, respectively. The duration of abbreviated and normal development periods is discussed. Zoeae of Micropanope barbadensis exhibit an antennal exopod:protopod ratio intermedia te in length and are therefore not assignable to any of the four categories delineated by Aikawa. A fifth category , Group E , is proposed. Criteria used to distinguish larvae of the genus Micropanope from other xanthid genera, as well as the taxonomic position of M. barbadensis. are considered. This is the fir st specie s in the genus Micropanope senSII {af o for which the complete larval development in the laboratory has been obtained. The genus Micropanope is a widely distributed, essentially tropical taxon of very small crabs, many species of which are associated with coral or coralline substrata. Rathbun (1930) listed about 9 or 10 species from the western Atlantic, but the systematics of the genus requires revision, so the ultimate number remains presently in doubt.

    Passeport pour la CAN 2012 XXVIIIe COUPE D’AFRIQUE DES NATIONS DE FOOTBALL Gabon & Guinée Équatoriale 21 janvier – 12 février 2012 Ré alisé par Rfi Multimedia 1 INTRODUCTION La CAN se déroule pour la deuxième fois seulement de son histoire en Afrique centrale. Quarante ans après l’édition 1972 au Cameroun, le Gabon et la Guinée équatoriale coorganisent la plus grande manifestation sportive du continent. Contrairement à la CAN 2000 au Nigeria et au Ghana, c’est un mariage de raison qui rassemble Gabonais et Equato-Guinéens. Les deux Fédérations de football ont uni leurs forces pour cette occasion. Le pari est difficile mais il est beau car cette CAN 2012 s’annonce palpitante. Pour la première fois depuis la CAN 1996 et le forfait de la sélection nigériane, le vainqueur est absent lors de la phase finale suivante. Les Pharaons d’Egypte, malgré leurs sept sacres, n’ont pas franchi les éliminatoires, comme les Camerounais (4 trophées), les Nigérians (2 trophées), les Léopards de RD Congo (2) et les Algériens (1). Les équipes du Ghana et de la Côte d’Ivoire, présentes lors de la Coupe du monde 2010, seront donc les favorites du tournoi. Il faudra aussi compter avec le Sénégal et le Maroc qui reviennent fort après avoir manqué la Coupe d’Afrique 2010. Cette toute dernière CAN disputée une année paire permettra aussi au grand public, de découvrir de nouveaux joueurs. Les Botswanais, les Equato-Guinéens et les Nigériens feront leurs tous premiers pas dans la compétition. Souhaitons-leur que cette 28e édition ressemble plus à la très belle CAN 2008 qu’à la décevante CAN 2010.

For the 2007-08 season OL, who prepare their consolidated financial statements in accordance with IFRS, as adopted by the European Union, accounted for a major share of the total Ligue 1 financial statements and remains the principal economic driver in the development of French football. For the 2007-08 season Olympique Lyonnais accounted for: 64% of the cumulative net profit of the 20 Ligue 1 clubs, with €20.1m 50% of the net cash reserves of the 20 Ligue 1 clubs, with €100.5m 47% of the shareholders’ equity of the 20 Ligue 1 clubs, with €164.8m 31% of the total amount spent on player acquisitions for the season, with €78.3m Red Cross and OL Fondation partnership OL Fondation and the French Red Cross have set up a joint programme for the training of young sportspeople in first aid techniques. A DVD to raise awareness has been produced in partnership with the Fondation du Football and involving international OL players Sidney Govou and Corine Franco. 3,000 DVDs will be distributed, including 1,500 to all amateur football clubs in the Rhône-Alpes league.
