The findings were based on a survey on 10,000 women in the UK, which found that you are nearly twice as likely to visit the gym if you are a Leo than any other zodiac sign. Leos are often described as positive, enthusiastic and supremely confident — all key ingredients for the gym.
It's good news for some of our favorite faces, as women everywhere start work on their beach bodies. Madonna, Mila Kunis, Charlize Theron and Jennifer Lopez are some of the stars who fall under the Leo sign, alongside Britain's own Helen Flanagan, Donna Air and Millie Mackintosh.
Taurus boasts an equally impressive line-up of toned female celebrities, with Uma Thurman,Megan Fox, Miranda Kerr, Jessica Alba and Penelope Cruz. In third place, Gemini includesMichelle Keegan, Angelina Jolie, Kylie Minogue and Courteney Cox.
The Aquarius star sign came in fourth, and includes super-fit famous faces like Shakira, Jennifer Aniston, Natalie Imbruglia and Kelly Rowland.
Sagitarius was found to be the least fit star sign, suggesting women who fall in that category might have to work a little harder to get bikini-ready!
