CAST BIOS ANNABETH GISH (Denise) – Annabeth Gish recently starred as President Bartlet's ® older daughter on the Emmy Award-winning drama, "The West Wing." She previously portrayed FBI Special Agent Monica Reyes, an expert specializing in ritualistic crime dealing with satanic cults, on "The X-Files." Among Gish’s feature film credits are "Double Jeopardy," the Sundance Film Festival favorite "SLC Punk," "Wyatt Earp," "Nixon," "Beautiful Girls," "The Last Supper," “Coupe de Ville," "Shag," and "Steel." She also appeared in the romantic comedy "Buying the Cow," "Race to Space," a family film set against the backdrop of the Russian and American race to dominate space in the 1960s, the independent feature film "Pursuit of Happiness," and the drama "Morning." Gish also starred in the VH-1 original movie "The Way She Moves," a modern love story set in the world of salsa dancing. The actress’ numerous television credits include the PBS Masterpiece Theater classic "A Death in the Family," the television films "Sealed with a Kiss," "Different," "God's New Plan," "To Live Again," "What Love Sees," and "Someone You Know," and the miniseries "Scarlett" and "True Women." She will next be seen on the big screen in the independent release "Knots." Gish first gained the attention of critics and moviegoers at the age of 13 when, according to film critic Roger Ebert, she delivered a performance "of stunning power" in the feature film "Desert Bloom." She went on to star in the acclaimed feature film "Mystic Pizza" with Julia Roberts before taking a four-year break from her career to attend Duke University, graduating cum laude with a degree in English. (Richard Spencer) – Inspired by the works of his Academy Award ®- winning father, Ed Begley, Jr. became an actor. He first came to audiences’ attention for his portrayal of Dr. Victor Ehrlich on the long-running hit television series, “St. Elsewhere,” for which he received six Emmy ® nominations. Since then, Begley has moved easily between feature, television and theatre projects. Begley stars in the upcoming feature films “Francis Hamper,” the animated “Hair High,” and “Stateside.” He was recently seen in Paul Schrader’s “Auto Focus” and “A Mighty Wind,” which re-teamed him with writer/director/actor Christopher Guest. His other feature film credits include Guest’s “Best In Show,” “I’m Losing You,” “Batman Forever,” “Renaissance Man,” “The Accidental Tourist” and “The In-Laws.” On television, Begley stars in the Stephen King series “Kingdom Hospital” and had recurring roles on “Six Feet Under” and “7th Heaven.” He has guest starred in such series as “The West Wing,” “The Practice,” “The Drew Carey Show,” “Touched By an Angel,” and “Providence,” and has countless television movie credits.
