PomegranateCider Facial Protocol This facial is the perfect holiday treatment to promote deep hydration, revive winter weathered skin and brighten the skin. Enjoy the warming and brightening effects of pomegranate enzyme that brightens the skin with the combination of 11% lactic, 4% alpha-arbutin and 2% salicylic. Then cloves have a scavenging activity towards free radicals to provide a holiday anti- aging facial. This facial packs a punch! If your client is sensitive, consider blending equal parts of Pomegranate Enzyme and the Vanilla Clove Mask to lessen the intensity of the enzyme. (This treatment is not recommended for sensitive or rosacea skin.) Skin Conditions: Anti-aging, normal/combo and oily skin, skin in need of brightening. This is a tingly enzyme and may not be suitable for sensitive or rosacea skin types. To dilute the effect, blend 1 part Pomegranate Enzyme and 1 part Vanilla Clove Hydrating Mask.
Professional Facial
1. Cleanse once with Green Tea Cleanser. 2. Cleanse a second time with Glycolic Cleanser.
3. Apply Pomegranate Enzyme under steam for 7-10 minutes . To dilute the effect, blend 1 part Pomegranate Enzyme and 1 part Vanilla Clove Hydrating Mask. 4. Remove with a warm barber towel or with cool aesthetic wipes. 5. Optional: Perform a microdermabrasion. 6. Perform extractions. 7. Apply Vitamin C/Green Tea Serum. 8. Apply Vanilla Clove Hydrating Mask for 10 minutes, and remove with a warm barber towel. 9. Tone with Cucumber Toner. 10. Moisturize with Acai Berry Moisturizer. 11. Protect with Sheer Protection SPF 30.

Active Ingredients
Pomegranate is an excellent antioxidant with elevated polyphenol content. It’s also a powerful antioxidant and skin brightener. L-Lactic Acid is an alpha hydroxy acid working as an exfoliant, allowing dead skin cells to slough off to make room for regrowth of new skin. It improves roughness, softens skin, and reduces the appearance of wrinkles. Witch Hazel is a flowering plant; it is a strong antioxidant and astringent that is often used as a natural remedy for psoriasis, eczema, and other skin conditions. Alpha-Arbutin is from the bearberry plant and is a non-irritating skin brightener. It is a natural alternative to hydroquinone. Salicylic Acid is able to penetrate into the pore that contains sebum and exfoliate the dead skin cells that are built up. For this reason, salicylic acid is better used on oily skin with blackheads and whiteheads.
Tips for Use
Consider using this enzyme on the T-zone and another enzyme on the cheeks. This enzyme is great for refining pores and softening the skin.
Advanced protocol: Mix in ½ tsp of 30% Glycolic Acid for enhanced results.

Fomes Officinalis (Mushroom) Extract helps to hydrate, firm, improve skin’s radiance and can help provide some immune protection for the skin. Eugenia Caryophyllus (Clove) Leaf Oil demonstrates scavenging activity and also shows a significant inhibitory effect against hydroxyl radicals and acts as an iron chelator. The essential oil provides powerful, broad-spectrum antibacterial, antiviral and antifungal properties. Vanillin—Antioxidant properties help neutralize free radical damage, soothing and warming. Tips for Use
