There are several different routes to the property from Bideford. However, we suggest the easiest route to the property initially is as follows: From the Bideford Heywood Road roundabout (near the big bridge), continue on the A39 Link Road towards Bude and upon reaching the next roundabout ( Cross), take the first exit and then turn immediately right, signposted to Littleham. Continue on this road for approximately 1 mile, turning left at the crossroads (Moorhead Cross) signposted for Bideford. Continue down into the valley where after approximately ½ a mile, a Regency ‘For Sale’ board will be seen on the left at the entrance track to the property, whilst a Knowle nameplate sign will be seen on the right.
