Non-airport-related tasks that are requested to be performed outside the area of the airport, e.g. tasks at the dock, shall always require an individual prior agreement with an individual price and terms, which shall be arranged and accepted before the task can/shall be performed. Prices shall always conform to subsection 2.2 of MIT’s price list. SERVICES PRICE LIST | 06 MITTARFEQARFIIT | GREENLAND AIRPORTS General conditions • Rental costs must be paid in advance and for 1 year at a time. • The owner must approve the advertisement before display. • The advertiser pays for installation and removal together with utility costs if the advertisement requires power. • The advertiser will be informed by the owner if anything should happen to the advertisement and the advertiser is responsible for fixing it. • The advertiser is responsible for continuously keeping facts or information on the advertisement up-to-date. • The advertiser is responsible that the advertisement is always tidy and presentable. The lease agreement may be terminated by either party at three months’ notice. The owner may terminate the agreement on the grounds of non-com- pliance with the conditions mentioned above. Before termination, the owner must, however, have presented the advertiser with a warning in writing, asking to have the issue taken care of.
