Basic It is my pleasure to welcome you to the EMS Fellowship at Albany Med. The Capitol District of New York offers nearly every type of EMS experience. The fellow has an opportunity to pursue their own area of interests while completing the ACGME curriculum. We have an active field response program in concert with the county sheriff and also respond with federal, state and municipal assets for tactical and operational support. Program Description Basic Information We offer a broad experience in emergency triage, stabilization, and transport of patients throughout Western Pennsylvania. Prehospital care services personnel are active in all aspects of provider education and participate at the local, regional, and state levels. The EMS fellow will also have access to a fully equipped response vehicle to assist EMS services in the region.

Program Description Basic Information The ARMC EMS Fellowship is a 12-month ACGME Accredited EMS Fellowship, that includes field care delivery, administrative oversight, administrative and academic projects, offline and online medical direction, and disaster & event medicine training. We partner with agencies including the San Bernardino County Fire Department, the Inland Counties Emergency Medical Services Authority (ICEMA), Inland Valley SWAT Team, Mercy Air, and AMR to ensure a sufficiently broad experience.

Half of required ED shifts will hone skills, EMS interaction and resident supervision as the lead physician in the trauma/critical care area of our tertiary academic medical center emergency department. Program Description

Basic Information Our fellowship takes 1-2 fellows per year. Fellows work as junior faculty in our Academic ED as an attending supervising residents. The fellow has a take-home response vehicle and works closely with Mecklenburg EMS, including opportunities within its TEMS / special operations sections. The fellow also has fixed and rotor wing opportunities, unique disaster opportunities, and regular exposure to large- scale event medicine, among other experiences.

Basic Information This is a dynamic time in Detroit - the city is transforming. Resources include the City of Detroit, Detroit East Medical Control Authority, State of Michigan EMS Committees, Wayne County Sheriff, Michigan College of Emergency Physicians and all WSU SOM EM departmental resources. Basic Information Fellows engage with 911 EMD centers, fire-based first responders, and ground and air ambulance services in the metro Atlanta area, including Grady EMS, the emergency ambulance service for the City of Atlanta, The team is also actively engaged in event medicine, critical care transport, and mobile integrated healthcare. Emory is home to the Cardiac Arrest Registry to Enhance Survival and a principal of the National Ebola and Other Special Pathogens Training and Education Center.

Basic Information OhioHealth Doctors Hospital Emergency Medical Services (EMS) Fellowship is a new, one-year ACGME accredited program for physicians interested in the ever-challenging field of EMS Medicine. Program Description The OSU EMS Fellowship trains EM physicians in prehospital care through experiences in ground Basic Information EMS (Columbus, Division of Fire), aeromedical and critical care (MedFlight of Ohio), and specialized training in EMS education (National Registry of EMTs). We offer a broad introduction to all aspects of EMS Medical Direction, EMS Research, EMS Policy, and Clinical Prehospital Medicine. Program Description The UNC EMS Fellowship is an ACGME accredited EMS fellowship program. It combines medical Basic Information direction for two very different EMS systems; Orange County (urban/rural mix) which includes Chapel Hill, and a much larger EMS system in Wake County (urban/suburban) which includes the city of Raleigh. The fellows will also be involved in medical direction of the NC State Highway Patrol for tactical EMS, and Carolina AirCare, a critical care transport team of fixed wing, rotor wing, and ground units.

Program Description Basic Information We offer a one-year program of hands-on experience, mentorship, and didactics that covers the breadth of clinical, operational, and administrative core content of the specialty of EMS. Basic Information Chattanooga provides an excellent opportunity to learn EMS medicine, as we have training opportunities in all aspects of EMS. Primary agency: third-service, county 911.
