2.3 ROGERS ARENA PRECINCT: OVERALL
The site is located within an established network of roads and public transit infrastructure. Pacific Boulevard (east bound only) and Expo Boulevard (West bound only) run along the property edge on north and south. Two elevated express ways, Dunsmuir Viaduct and Georgia Viaduct run within the property along the stadium, segmenting the property into three lots. The stipulated removal of the viaducts suggest a design solution that will allow de-construction of the viaducts as well as support for programs capable of responding to future change. Tower 1 West
