Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport • Domestic commercial passenger activity declined 2.1% in July 2016 compared to July 2015. Significant activity by carrier follows:

Airline Comments American • 4.1% decrease in passenger activity from July 2015 • Increased service to Charlotte in March 2016 and Chicago in April 2016 • Reduced service to New York – La Guardia in November 2015; Philadelphia in February 2016; Fort Lauderdale and Orlando in May 2016; and Dallas Fort Worth and New York-JFK in April 2016. • New service to Atlanta in January 2016, and Cleveland and Minneapolis in April 2016 Southwest • 6.8% increase in passenger activity primarily due to higher load factors • Increased service to Kansas City in August 2015 and Columbus in November 2015, and new service to Fort Lauderdale in August 2015, Orlando in November 2015, and Omaha in March 2016 • Reduced service to Dallas-Love in August 2015; Chicago-Midway in November 2015; Indianapolis in January 2016; Atlanta in February 2016; and Houston-Hobby in April 2016 • Discontinued service to Akron in October 2015 and Fort Myers in April 2016 United • 1.9% increase in passenger activity due to higher load factors • Increased service to Denver in March 2016 • Reduced service to Houston in August 2015; Chicago-O’Hare in November 2015; and Newark in December 2015 Delta • 5.5% decrease in passenger activity primarily due to reduced capacity • Reduced service to New York, JFK in September 2015, Detroit and Cincinnati in July 2016

• Transborder passenger traffic declined 32.6% in July 2016 due to reduced capacity to Nassau by American and discontinued service by JetBlue • American, including its regional affiliates, had the largest commercial passenger market share of 50.1%, a decrease from 51.3% in July 2015 Washington Dulles International Airport

Domestic Passenger Activity • Domestic commercial passenger activity increased 2.3% in July 2016 compared to July 2015. Significant activity by carrier follows: Comments United • 10.0% increase in passenger activity due to increased capacity to 41 destinations • 13.2% increase primarily due to increased capacity to Los Angeles in July 2016 Frontier • 66.3% decline due to discontinued service to 7 destinations in October 2015 and Atlanta in March 2016 as well as reduced service to Orlando in April 2016 • Resumed service to Chicago-O’Hare in April 2016 American • 11.2% decline as a result of reduced capacity to Dallas Fort Worth and Charlotte in September 2015

International Passenger Activity • International commercial passenger traffic increased 6.6% in July 2016 compared to July 2015. Significant activity by carrier follows: Airline Comments United • 5.7% increase in passenger activity • Reduced service to Ottawa, Montreal, and Toronto in January 2016; Paris in February 2016; and Sao Paulo in April 2016 • Discontinued service to Kuwait and Dubai in February 2016 • Increased service to Punta Cana in December 2015; Zurich in January 2016; Cancun in March 2016; Mexico City in June 2016; and Madrid in July 2016 • New seasonal service to Barcelona and Lisbon in May 2016 Emirates • 38.3% increase due to aircraft up-gauge to Dubai in February 2016 Brussels • 75.8% increase as a result of increased service to Brussels in April 2016 Austrian • 29.7% decrease due to aircraft down-gauge in November 2015 TACA • 9.2% decrease due to reduced service to San Salvador in September 2015 • 11.6% decrease due to lower load factors LAN • New service began in May 2016 • New service began in May 2016

, including its regional affiliates, had the largest commercial passenger market share of 63.0%, an increase from 60.1% in July 2015. Cargo Activity • For the month of July 2016, total cargo declined 3.7% at Dulles from a year earlier to 21.2k metric tonnes. • Domestic cargo increased 2.1% primarily due to an increase by FedEx (12.8%). • International cargo declined 7.2% primarily due to decreases on Virgin Atlantic (-100%), Saudia (-87.6%), Austrian (-33.0%), and Qatar (-15.4%).

Baltimore-Washington International Airport • Current month commercial passenger activity increased 1.6% from July 2015. • BWI commercial passenger activity outpaced activity at National by 340k commercial passengers (16.5%), and at Dulles by 205k commercial passengers (9.3%). • Southwest’s passenger market share totaled 68.9%, a decline from 70.0% in July 2015. • Cargo activity at BWI totaled 9.6k metric tonnes, a 7.9% (826 metric tonnes) decrease from a year earlier primarily due to decreases by DHL ( 827 metric tonnes).
