Bank syndicate led by DVB Bank SE completed a US$302 million financing of a 32 aircraft portfolio for LATAM Group

Frankfurt/Main, 22 August 2018 – A bank syndicate led by DVB Bank SE (DVB) , the international transport finance specialist, successfully closed the financing of 12 A319-100, 15 Airbus A320-200, 4 767-300ERF and 1 -300ER for LATAM Airlines Group. The syndicate consisted of the following institutions: DVB Bank (Structuring Agent, Joint Lead Arranger, Underwriter & Agent), BNP Paribas (Joint Lead Arranger & Underwriter), Airbus Bank (Co-arranger & Underwriter), Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation (Co- arranger & Underwriter) and The Korea Development Bank (Co-arranger & Underwriter).
