All NWSC cash offces were closed and now all customers pay through the E-water Payment options. for SuperFast internet, This solution has brought about the following benefts to both the customers and the Corporation: • Customers can pay their bills at any time of the day, as opposed to the previous cash-offce-working-hours limitation of 8:00am-5:00pm. During this time our customers would also be at work; voice calls and SMS • NWSC Cash Offces were a limited number causing long travel distances and long queues for the customers. Customers are able to pay their bills in banks and using e-wallet and mobile-money options; • This solution that interfaces with the billing system has increased customer confdence, has enabled instant feedback to the customer on payment and prompt posting to the customer’s account and has thus reduced disconnections and improved reconnection times, and; • The Corporation has saved costs previously dedicated to resources for collection, management, guarding #YouDeserveMore and transiting of cash.
